I always say you can never tell how good or bad a company is until something goes wrong. I ordered from the Geekest link and to be honest delivery has taken quite a while due to customs delays. How do I know this because even before I had time to enquire where my parcel was the company had contacted me to explain the delay and give me the option of a full refund. This companys customer service is FANTASTIC. Stuart is warm informative and friendly and when I got my product I was made up with it too it was well packaged and they use a helpful courier service. I'd recommend this store to everyone A+++

Very friendly and company who's willing to go the extra distance and get orders out in the nick of time (even when I ordered at 4:30pm). Item came the next day. Brilliant service, will be going back for more collectibles soon! xx

Such a nice company and Stuart is a genuinely friendly and helpful guy. I thought a review would be in order to offset all the problems they've had over the past few months. I don't go anywhere else for my board games these days as they'll get anything they don't hold in stock and will literally go the extra mile for me. You don't get customer service like that everywhere.

Stuart is very helpful and honest. He will go out of his way to help you. Highly recommended.
