Terrible Delivery Service
I ordered two items on the 11th of January. I decided to use the delivery company Mondail Relay. They were charging €4 for this service and wanted €8 to deliver with BPost. I picked the pick up location next to my house. They emailed a few days later and say they can’t deliver it there so I pick another location. Then they tell me they can’t deliver to that location either. So, they’ve delivered it to a location that isn’t even in my town (there was no less than 10 listed locations closer to my house on their website that they wouldn’t deliver it to). It’ll take me two hours to get there and home. It would have been faster for me to go to a shop and buy the item or order it in a shop and go back and collect it from the shop. Instead I’m paying to have an item delivered nowhere near my house and I’m going to have to spend my whole evening getting it. Avoid this company unless you like being treated badly and overcharged.
