I’ve been working with their Biab and polishes for over a year and I must say I’ve been amazed and still am. All of my clients, yes ALL, have amazing retention with this line and are so happy that even if they can’t get back to me for 6 weeks their nails still look good, no chips, no lifting just natural growth

I love The gel bottle products especially the NU builder gel! I just placed an order for more Buulder and included a few colours I wanted, I wasn't sure if one of the colours would be popular so ordered in mini ( I love how we get the option to do that) my order arrived but my mini was missing, no problem as you can contact TGB by WhatsApp through your account and within 20 minutes my problem was solved by a very polite REAL person who sorted it and my mini is in the post already. Brilliant products and excellent customer service *****

I have made a number of purchases for TGB gel polish. I am absolutely in love with the colours that are available and how pigmented they are. When applying this polish, I can only describe it like smooth as butter. Although it’s a bit expensive, the bottles come in a 20ml size. If I had lots of money, I would only have the TGB gel polish in my collection. It is amazing.

I have ordered various items from TGB and unfortunately had an issue with one of my lamps.
I used their whatsapp messaging to advise them of the fault and received a reply back straight away. They took all the relevant details and dispatched a replacement the same day.
Exellent service - things go wrong but their team ensured that I was inconvenienced to a minimum.

I’ve had a problem with my delivery, I called up and spoke to Beth, she could not have been any more amazing she was so helpful and lovely during the phone call and had sorted out my problem within 30 mins!! So thankful, amazing! 🫶

I had a problemwith my topcoat and contacted TGB and had Georgia dealing with me. She sent out a new top coat the next day and couldn’t have been nicer. 5* customer service! X

I had a problem with my gel lamp and had a few issues on trying to find info on it, Georgia was amazing help and made sure something was sorted for me straight away aswell as being really kind!

If I didn’t already love TGB enough I had a small issue with a product I purchased, sent a message to the WhatsApp number and within an hour I had a reply and spoke with Georgia who was incredibly helpful & so kind. The gel bottle has framed my business and myself and my clients have our dream nails due to biab and people come to us because of the brand we use.

Thank you for the help from Georgia today she has just made the whole experience so easy. I have never had a company provide such amazing, quick and helpful service!

One of the best company’s I have dealt with customer service today was excellent both Beth and Amy were very helpful knowledgeable and very quick at resolving my issue thanks again and I also absolutely love the products as do my clients.

More than a month lots of red colors are out of stock. Oh no, the text says: coming soon.
Several times I wrote to the company and I asked when I would buy it and got back a very undetailed answer.
My favorites are BELLADONNA, PETUNIA, FUCHSIA, BAE WATCH
If I know it will be out of stock, I order it in the winter and for summer I have BAE WATCH
Anyway, I lovee Gel Bottle colours but hard to plan with this type of business attitude.

I’ve used TGB products since starting my business, Thrive Nails, a couple of years ago and can’t recommend them enough. The colour range and product quality are unmatched and my clients love the results.
The customer service from the team is also next level. I was recently helped by Amy, and in the past Sydney and others and the service is always amazing. They respond quickly and always have a solution- whether it’s an order issue or website error they are amazing to deal with and I’m always given a solution that goes above and beyond.
I’ve also noticed that as the business has scaled the service has improved. Shipping used to take a few days (longer during sales) and now comes up to next day even when there’s promotions on.
As a small business owner I know how much has to go on behind the scenes to make these things happen and I really appreciate everything the TGB team do!

I phoned The Gel Bottle yesterday to explain a problem that I was having with the ‘Electric Blue’ shade and Georgia kindly asked that I send in photos of the swatched shade and assured me that she would look into this urgently. I don’t think I have ever had this good of an experience with a brand before. Georgia couldn’t have been any more helpful in resolving my issue. Defiantly 5 star customer service. Thank you!!

I ordered a top coat and the batch was faulty the customers service however was not they was absolutely amazing and sorted my problem out so so fast and was so polite and it was so so helpful to have someone who wanted to help out customers 10/10 can’t fault them
