Great customer service
I initially ordered two tie to see which colour to choose for my upcoming wedding. Once I had decided, I then submitted a further, larger, order in relation to the chosen ties and pocket squares.
Unfortunately I accidentally ordered the wrong style (diamond end instead of square end) Whilst this is partly my fault for not triple checking my order, I clicked on the "square end" option then once the new webpage opened I accidentally changed to "diamond end" and pocket square. I suspect this error is easy to make so just be careful!
However, the team at The Gents Lab were fantastic in making sure the matter was rectified and the exchange was sorted quickly.

Delivery time was poor, emailed requesting a refund because delivery time was not as expected and the item arrived when it was no longer needed - never received any correspondence, or reply to my email either.

Wedding Tie Disaster
I ordered ties for my wedding a month and a half before my wedding. The order showed shipped and should have arrived before my big day. A week before I reached out to the company and received no response. The ties never came and I ended up with mismatched ties for my wedding. What a great memory to have forever. I have tried to contact the company through the website, over email, their chat function, etsy chat, and calling to try to get a refund for my $250+ order and have not been able to get an answer for almost a month. Not only did I never get my ties but they are refusing to respond to me because they know they will have to refund my money. I highly advise not ordering through The Gents Lab

I ordered a tie, paid and then the order was cancelled because it is no longer in stock. I was told the tie shouldn’t have been available online, yet when I checked again it was still listed.

We are not sure how you managed to order this item as it’s one that’s been out of stock for years. I can only imagine you found it hrough something like Google image search or Pinterest which had an old link.
Your order was immediately cancelled after you placed it and we apologised for the out of stock item. It probably took you longer to write this negative review than it did to place your order and get an instant cancellation. ;)

Mixed Feelings
I originally bought from their “notonthehighstreet” shop, items arrived next day with a discount code to buy directly through them.
I was happy with my purchase, even though the were expensive.
When I realised I had to buy 2 more items, I decided to go directly through them
Ironically it turned out to be cheaper and quicker to order from their “notonthehighstreet” shop
To order through them was more expensive + more expensive postage + took about a week to arrive

1 - Your order would have been £30 on NOTHS and was £29.53 on our direct website as you used a discount code that we gave you so you saved money purchasing directly from our website.
2 - Your order was despatched using the same postage method on both orders however you purchased the second order during a Bank Holiday which means a lot of businesses take a day off, including Royal Mail who deliver our orders.
3 - In future, if you want to buy a tie and pocket square set, we recommend buying them as a set rather than separately as we offer a generous discount for buying them as a set.
