GHL university has been incredible. The onboarding process was super streamlined and the team has set up an automated system that has made my lead follow up much easier and more profitable. I highly recccomend working with them. The team is very knowledgeable and always is on top of any issues that might arise. Very happy with my experience so far!

Caution: Misrepresentation, Poor Execution, and Unfulfilled Refund

I signed up for what was represented as a HighLevel ProTools–sponsored done-for-you program with Orien Daly, advertised at $5,000 (discounted from $10,000) and branded with the HL ProTools logo on the offer page.

Despite this, my card was charged $7,500, and although Orien acknowledged the overcharge and committed to refunding the extra $2,500, it has now been over 4 months with no refund issued.

Beyond the billing issue, the program execution was extremely poor:

Disorganized and confusing onboarding
Missed meetings and trainings
Lack of communication and follow-through
No clear strategy or cohesive system
Zero leads generated after more than 2 months, despite me providing full access to my LinkedIn account for outreach

For context, I am not new to business or marketing:

20+ years in corporate leadership
15 years building and coaching businesses
Owner of a ZoomInfo agency generating up to 3,000 high-intent leads per month
Established LinkedIn network of 3,500+ executives and entrepreneurs
This was not a case of unrealistic expectations—it was a failure to deliver even basic execution.

I genuinely wanted this to work and gave Orien ample time and grace. I also attempted to resolve the refund privately and professionally. Unfortunately, the commitment to refund has not been honored.

I’m sharing this review to warn others to proceed with extreme caution, verify any claimed partnerships or sponsorships, and ensure refund terms are clearly documented and enforced.

I hope this feedback encourages accountability and protects others from a similar experience.

I've spoken with Zach and Orien to onboard into hopefully a long lasting partnership. Everyone I've spoken to are down to earth and believe their delivering what they preach instead of "just selling a service".

The videos provided in ghl university have been great for my custoemrs, makingmy life easier by providing a built in method that clients can learn how to do things, instead of relying on my support time.

The first step in working with GHL University was to do the work for AI IFIYING myself with Onboarding Videos. I did not know how GHL University would accomplish this, but when I received the draft of the videos, I was blown away. There I was, my face, my voice giving onboarding instructions! Although I am in the beginning phase of working with GHL University, I am already impressed with the technology to enable me the direct ability to visually onboard my clients. Awesome job! I’m still early in my journey with Orien and the GHLU team, but I couldn’t be more excited about the path they’ve laid out. Even at this stage, their depth of knowledge and proficiency is undeniable.
