Delighted with purchase
I purchased a stackers jewellery box which I had been looking at on another companies website, however The Giftery came up on a google search at a more competitive price. Nice and simple
Nice and simple. Product was cheaper than elsewhere and packaged well. My only complaint was that the website stated that for same day dispatch you should email a request before 3pm. I did this and yet the same day dispatch was missed leading to delivery after the birthday that the gift was a present for... Disappointing in the circumstances but not a major issue with the service, just something to bear in mind!
