Lovely choice of interesting oils and vinegars, which are of supreme quality. Valuable information is provided on the benefits to health from using the oils, as well as how to best use them for dressings or marinades. The flavoured oils are absolutely delicious used for bread/ focaccia dipping or drizzling over olives.
