Order placed on May 20, 2 emails sent including 1 dm since the order still hadn't been delivered after 10 days, I had to leave a bad review in order to get an answer, I was assured that the delay was long because the skirt was in pre-order, except that on the site "Pre-Order Now - Limited 1-Week Window! (Available may 16)" which meant it was available on May 16 (Pov: I ordered on the 20th), on the 5th I received an email confirming that my order was in transit, here we are on June 12th I still have nothing, so I contacted them via an Instagram dm, they told me "sorry we're sending you back a skirt today", which was never done, so to this day I call the delivery platform who confirm that an order number has been "purchased" but that no I mean NO package has been sent to them physically, strange isn't it? Far be it from me to be unkind, but I find this inconceivable, I'm not rolling in money, I've once again put my trust in them and I'm disappointed, please refund my money...

I want my money back, i have send them many emails that my order is not delivered. They delivered at someone else they gave me a wrong track and trace.
They dont response to my emails, i want my money back!!

Never got a email with a track and trace code. Had to write 3 mails untill I got a responce. Took 1,5 months for a responce and 2 months for my delivery. They said I would receive a free khimar for the big delay, never got one. Had to treaten to recall my order on paypall to receive my products. Not normal. Its a dutch company and I’m from the netherlands… never should have took 2 months for 2 dresses. Shamefull

Biggest Scam!!!
After returning a cardigan (Order:1116342) that came damaged and dirty in the mail and returning it I still did not get my money back. I have sent the piece back almost a month ago (12.04) and after several E-Mails I still have no answer..

I ordered 2 items on january 17th, from which I only received 1 item. They promised me to give my money back, but till today, 4th of may, I still haven’t received any money from them.

I placed an order on February 5th for €109.96, and as of the end of March, I still haven’t received anything. I first contacted support team on February 18th, and they replied saying they would look into it and refund the shipping costs but I never got the refund, and no further updates were given.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails (with no response) and even contacted them on Instagram. They asked for my order number again, which I provided, but then they went silent once more.
It’s been almost two months and I have no package, no refund, and no clear communication. I live in France and the brand is based in the Netherlands, so the delivery time should not be this long. This is unacceptable, I want my money back.

For both orders, i was provided with expected delivery time frames and the parcel did not arrive / no further updates received, both times provided with tracking codes that were invalid on the courier site. Both times had either no response or delayed responses from the customer service team with no resolution or apologies. Only way i was able to recover my monies was by issuing a chargeback, prior to that, the customer service team advised that the parcel was already on its way and then suddenly confirmed it was not and cancelled the order after chargeback. Appalling and massively misleading. Please be wary which credit provider you are using when purchasing from this brand so you are protected. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt after the first order, but the exact scenario with no goods arriving or on their way, repeated with second order.
Massively disappointing and wished i had read these reviews prior to placing any orders as seems this is a universal experience with this brand.

I feel as though I have been scammed.
I placed an order on 8th February, but I have yet to receive any updates regarding its status. Your website states that shipping takes 10-15 days, yet it has now been nearly a month without any progress.

I have attempted to contact your team multiple times via email and direct messages, but I have not received any response. Additionally, I was provided with a tracking number that appears to be invalid, as I am unable to track my order.

I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my order. If there is no resolution, I kindly request a full refund.

I placed an order on 15th of february, it said that shipping for the netherlands takes 2-5 workdays. it is 2 weeks later and i still have received NOTHING. I got an email on February 19th saying my package was shipped, but that was clearly a lie. It’s been over a week and a half, and PostNL still hasn’t received anything. I emailed the girl wearing multiple times, dmed them on tiktok, still no response. This is unacceptable. Where is my package?

Horrible customer service. I ordered in December of 2024 and never received anything, wrote multiple emails to support but never got a reply?? I paid around 40 euros and just never got anything, i got a confirmation email but not one that my order got shipped.

I returned a package worth 130 euros and I only received 100 euros back even though everything was returned and in perfect condition, but the reason why I only got 100 euros back was not stated either. I have emailed them no less than five times to try to resolve the problem, but so far no response. Don't buy here!!!!!

reply response seller. Firstly, I only tried on the clothes, so there is no way they could have been damaged, secondly, you should mention that and thirdly, you are showing your true nature by only responding via a public review instead of responding to the email. It's strange that you immediately know which order it concerns without having the order number. Those thirty euros don't mean anything to me, but I can't stand injustice. Once again people don't buy here, I'm not the only one who thinks about this given the other reviews and next time it would be nice to answer your email.

Please do not buy!!! I did an order two months ago and I still haven’t received anything from them. Shipping to Germany takes 10-11 days. As you can see from the reviews, there are many people that have the same problem. I don’t think I will ever get my money back.

This page is a scam! I placed my order at the end of November 2024. According to their website, delivery to Sweden takes 1-15 days, but I never received any shipping updates during that time. On January 7th, I emailed them to ask about my package, and they replied that it had been returned to their warehouse. However, they never informed me about this, and I had no idea it had happened. I responded to their email requesting a refund, but they never replied. It has now been a month since my last email. Do not buy from them!

i ordered a abaya 2 months ago and about a month ago i contacted them because the abaya didnt even ship by then, they said they have a heavy load of orders thats why its taking forever to even ship. Fast forward to now they randomly send me an email saying my order was cancelled without even providing any sort of explanation or apology?? i dmed them on instagram to ask for an explanation and they still havent responded yet. Overall 0/10 experience and i wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from this website

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM SITE!!!! I placed on order #1112254 worth £200 on this website on the 28th July 2024 and it is now 3rd September and I haven’t received my items. They’ve given me a fake tracking number. I emailed numerous times asking where my order is. They are blatantly ignoring my
emails. So I’ve had to resort to leaving a review on trustpilot which is something I’ve never done before. I have lost out on £200 and had to spend even more ordering more clothes for the event I bought for. Disgusting people stealing peoples hard earnt money.
