Client wellbeing first

I love this place! Kay is super kind and genuinely cares about what’s best for her clients over selling procedures. Her ethical background as a counselor was clear when she cost herself a ‘sale’ by giving me clear, straightforward explanations of the risks and benefits of a procedure I was considering. This helped me make an informed decision not to go ahead with it, and I really appreciated her integrity and the time she took to explain things to me.

I did do the platelet treatment for dark under-eye circles and was very happy with the results and how quickly yet carefully Kay handled everything.
