Excellent service and highly professional from start to finish. Quick and easy communications from original query to invoicing after installation. The glass fitters were also superb. Reliable, on time, friendly and respectful; no mess, no fuss and very quick whilst measuring up and fitting. The splashback itself is gorgeous. We went for the antique bronze mirror and we love it. It’s perfect. Great quality and a perfect fit for our bespoke need (behind a Rangemaster cooler). Going with the fitting in addition to the supply was defo worth it! Thanks team!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen splash back, from initial contact with glass smith wales the whole process as been faultless. We had a survey with dez who explained everything clearly and brought some samples for us. We chose the grey mirror and it was fitted today really quickly .
The guys fitting the glass were polite and so clean and apart from the glass being in situ you would not know that had been there, everything clean and home respected.

After recently renovating our kitchen we knew we needed a Glass splash back from The Glassmith Wales Ltd after seeing their amazing work at a friends kitchen.
We were lucky enough to be chosen to win their Facebook competition and cheekily asked if we could pay the additional cost to extend the splash back across the whole wall. Amy and Dez were so accommodating with this request. Amy has been amazing start to finish with keeping in touch, organising the survey and fitting and even emailing over care instructions for us right away. Dez and his team were super professional with the survey and fitting and were very prompt in fitting the splash back. I am so pleased with the service we received and how quick the turn around was. I will definitely be recommending your company time and time again and, when we move onto new projects/homes in the future will no doubt be using your services again!

I would not hesitate to highly recommend The Glassmith for installing 2 white glass splashbacks in our kitchen, behind the sink and hob.
From the initial email enquiry, the communication and administration was superb, Amy kept us informed at every stage of the process. The workmanship, attention to detail and timekeeping was also top notch - Dez brought colour samples with him when measuring up and carried out installation quickly and efficiently with his assistant on the agreed day. Great care was taken of work area, including floor protection from front door, job completed with the minimum of fuss, all areas cleaned and tidied within 45 minutes.
Couldn’t be happier - the entire process took just 3 weeks from initial enquiry to completion, Amy & Dez were both highly efficient and helpful - a pleasure to work with and fully deserve the rating of a 5* company!

We had a bespoke splashback fitted by The Glass Smith Wales Team, via our kitchen supplier (Emma Reed Kitchens).

The survey team attended our premises after the installation of the kitchen and took detailed measurements of what was required. The team was professional, polite, and very informative. They arrived on time and were efficient with their time.

The splashback was delivered and installed this morning. The team arrived on time once again and demonstrated professionalism and politeness. They took care to protect the flooring from the front door through the passage and into the kitchen, even though I initially suggested it was unnecessary. The splashback fits perfectly and has been installed to a high standard. I have been issued with informative care instructions both verbally and in writing.

The splashback looks perfect in our new kitchen, and I would highly recommend The Glass Smith Wales team!

From initial enquiry to finishing the job communication was excellent, Dez was polite, knowledgeable, clean, covered all surfaces, brought switches forward and even fitted the under cupboard lights backup which I wasn't expecting so saved me a job when I got home from work.

I am so pleased to have found The Glass Smith Wales. From the offset they were friendly and professional and not pushy at all. Amy was amazing and answered all my questions and patiently waited for us to complete our work and contact her again. She didn't pester me at all which i loved. The survey and install was carried out in a professional and quick manner. Laying down sheets to keep the house clean to tidying everything up and taking the rubbish with them. I am absolutely delighted with our glass splash back and couldn't recommend them enough!
