Ruined my entire trip. Booked a month ago. Called them countless times to ask for proper confirmation and they kept saying call back, the ticketing team is not there. Up till this morning (I'm supposed to travel on Sunday) they said everything is fine and confirmed and call back at 4.30pm if an email isn't received. Called back as I got nothing and he says all is fine let me see why you haven't got an email. Puts me on hold for 5 minutes and then tells me that the airline cancelled my tickets! This is a lie because I spoke to them... these scammers never paid them... this is all 4 days before I'm supposed to fly. My hotel booking is non refundable and they've ruined my family's holiday.
Hope you guys burn for what you're doing. Will be visiting you soon.
And also please don't try to go on their website... it will give you a virus. Absolutely disgusting excuse for company.
UPDATE A DAY LATER
They don't have an office now after me asking where it is because I couldn't find it and they're still lying. Now telling me they're online only. This company has cost me over £3000 now and I don't have the refund they have apparently processed. Skyscanner and Jetcost need to remove them.

Scammers!!!!

They might appear cheap on the search engine but its a complete SCAM, they will take your money send you a confirmation and then the very next day they will call you to say the airline has cancelled your ticket but won’t give any further info.

Hopefully these thief's will get exposed soon.

I could write a book on this lot. They couldn't tell the truth if they wanted to. They have promised me a refund but never received it so I'll have to contact the relevant people to retrieve it. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night.They even deny being the same company everyone else is complaining about. Quoted me a price and then phoned later asking for more money, which I refused and asked for a refund, promised by the end of April.
So please stay away and pay the extra, especially for peace of mind. Imagine turning up at the airport and not being booked on a flight at all.

bought a cheap ticket from them and then...nothing, no email, no acknowledgement, nothing. Got to their online support and they told me I had purchased a standby ticket and so they don't issue tickets and I was 13 in line. How on earth can they sell me a standby ticket without clearly notifying me and what was I expected to do, just turn up? If a deal looks to good then it probably is, deal with this company at your own peril!

I wish I should have checked the reviews before booking with this SCAM agent... every person you speak to and everything they say is fully falsified. stay clear from these people.

I tried to book online for a flight to India. I received a call from an agent who said there was a glitch with the online service but he sent me a link and I paid the money. I recieved a receipt and was told the e-ticket was being emailed to me. However a few hours later the agent telephoned saying the airline had put me on waitlist and could I go on another airline but premium economy instead of the business class I had paid for. I declined and he then assured me I would get an eticket for the business class seat. When I did not receive this, I telephoned customer service the following day and was told a full refund would be processed in 3-5 working days. This never arrived so a 16 days later I telephoned customer service, the man initially disconnected but I called back. He said the refund had not been processed but he was arranging this and I would get a confirmatory screenshot via email within 1 hour. This has not been received. I feel extremely let down.

Hi I booked flights on Saturday after 10 mins I had phone call from your office and he told me 1 adult and 1 child has been confirmed and others not but I will speak with airlines and then speak you again he never called I called them back more than 5 times and then he called me on night and he said to me if he can change our flight date and that is not going to be happening, I asked him to cancel it he told me he can’t so I believe no ticket has been booked!! So please cancel it immediately and refund me my money back immediately to buy another tickets for my family if it’s not happening I will take you to the curt and sue you because I already booked my hotel! Bought two direct tickets to Korea and the next day someone phoned saying that there's a fourteen person que for those tickets but if we pay another £350 we can get an indirect flight via Saudi Arabia. They kept saying that it was the airlines fault and we need to book quickly or loose these tixkets and kept repeating "sir, our website says we don't give refunds". The website doesn't say, no refunds and no flights as sold.

These people are scammers and run several buisnesses with identical phone numbers and rent shared office space.

This company is a scam! Avoid at all costs. I booked my flight from London to Dubai and they immediately called me as soon as I paid. Saying your flight isn’t confirmed I’m like what do you mean I just paid for it. They’re like you need to wait for some time for the confirmation I’m like okay. They start calling me the next day asking me to pay £2000 extra for the same flight I booked already! I told them please cancel and refund me my money. I have been chasing them for the past 2 weeks for my money to be returned. Avoid at all costs. This is a scam

I had a profoundly disappointing experience with the global flight catchers that I feel compelled to share. What initially seemed like a great deal turned into a nightmare of deceptive practices.

Upon browsing their website, I was enticed by the seemingly reasonable prices for flights so I proceeded to book my flights. I paid online and got the confirmation email, however, next day the agent called Gary rang me to inform that only my ongoing flight is confirmed and they are going to cancel my return flight, unless I am willing to pay £300 extra. This blatant attempt at extortion left me feeling cheated and frustrated. I requested to him to issue my full refund, so that I could go to another company and book my return flight, he blatantly refused and said that he could only issue the return flight’s refund and my one-way flight is already booked and confirmed which could not be cancelled. How unreasonable was that to book someone for a one-way flight without considering their return back to their family, job etc?

Attempting to resolve the issue with their customer service team only exacerbated my frustration. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and professionalism, they were dismissive and uncooperative. It became apparent this company was exercising malpractice, and had no intention of providing the level of service and integrity that customers deserve. After a long discussion, and reminding them the trading standards, he finally agreed to send me an email confirming the refund.

I strongly advise against using the company for your travel needs. Their misleading pricing practices, and extremely bad customer services make them an unreliable and unethical choice. Save yourself the headache and book with a reputable travel agency that prioritises honesty and customer satisfaction.

Be careful !!!they are scammers selling non exist flight seats. I have had horrible experience with them caused me a lots of pain and stress and they took my mony and they didn't send me the flight ticktes. They should be reported and removed from the market. I don't any one to be in this situation. never trust the positive feedback they are written b them.

I was looking for a flight to Bermuda and since they don't show what luggage options come with the price,I very explicitly asked their online consultant if the flight included checked in luggage before purchasing. He said it has 23kgs to be precise only to pay and there's only cabin luggage 7kgs. To say am disappointed and fooled is an understatement. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They are not to be believed!I gave them one star as there's nothing less than that. If there was that's what they deserve. What an insult!

Then they called me to tell me that the flight I paid for was a promotional offer and I need to pay more or book a different date. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT??? What sort of nonsense is this? They should not be on SKYSCANNER. When we go to buy flights as customers, we are not there looking for promotion prices or what not.
The response they've given to people who complain is like a generated auto response. Trying to show they are not on the wrong yet they've fooled us to into thinking the flights are complete with good luggage size until they get a hold of their money and the tables turn.

Please don't use them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Eventually after 1 week I managed to get my tickets from The Global Flight Catchers. It was not the flights I initially wanted and paid for, payment was made to be told later the flights was not available, another payment was made for flights due to no refund being available. It was a very stressful situation in calling the company at least 4 to 5 times a day for the tickets. The service requires an immediate and decisive upgrade. In the 40 years of travelling I’ve never experienced this service. All the call center staff were pleasant over the phone but very difficult in receiving what was promised.

I made the payment and did not get the ticket. They giving me time 24 hours then 48 hours and soo on. he saying you ticket in the queue.😔

I bought a ticket online and for 4 days they've not issued the ticket and every time they keep saying give us another 24 hours
