Okay so I am working 16 hours a day and 7 days a week (by choice). I had ordered skincare products of Rhode by Haily Bieber.
It was a gift for my friend who’s expecting and I wanted to get her something that’s not available in India. Something special you know.

Sadly I had to travel for work on the delivery date and there was nobody to receive the order. My watchman is not the best person to be given a responsibility.
I called their customer service number, expecting to wait on the line for a good amount of time, but surprisingly they picked up. A HUMAN picked up!! I told them the entire story and asked if they could change the delivery address. I also told them I’m ready to pay any extra charge if required, but they took down the new address, assured me that the parcel will reach on the same delivery date and they DID NOT charge me a penny extra!

I’m just so happy with this experience. I know they will be my go-to for any foreign product.
