Stopped working after 3rd use. Although customer service response is actually quite fast they are actually also quite frustrating.
They ask you to pull the device apart to take a photo of the main board for a refund but don’t supply the tool to do so which is extremely bizarre.
Please research this product there are many other things and suppliers that are similar at 1/4 of the price so I just discovered!
I suggest this company looks up how Australian Consumer Law works, you do not charge the customers for returning faulty products!
Disappointed, annoyed and Frustrated.. which it’s supposedly designed to help with that …… go figure

It does seem to help with calming, I like you can adjust the I intensity I wasn’t expecting it to deliver more of a shock type feeling with it so high I do like that it’s so easy to hold in palm

I have been using my Calm Carry for a few weeks now and I love it! It’s been really helping me calm myself when I’m trying to turn my brain off to go to sleep! My kids sometimes use it to calm themselves down as well.

My daughter loves hers! She sleeps with it and feels calmer with it! Now I am ordering one for her friend

Have purchased 3 calm carry items for both husband and I and now my adult daughter. They truly work in getting us to sleep. Husband is a shift worker and was skeptic about this product having an impact. Oh he had to eat his words Highly recommend.
Also purchased the gummies which work a treat also.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter as she has been struggling to sleep and gets overwhelmed. Thank s has been a game changer for her, and as a result, us. She gets to sleep quicker, sleeps better, and is more awake in the day. She reaches for the calm carry herself when she feels overwhelmed and is regulated again in minutes!!

I received my order quickly and I'm sleeping like a baby!

The product arrived early and we immediately started using the calm carry. After a quick charge we began using it ant night. It has helped my girls to sleep and I use it as well. I needed to make a return because I ordered one for my son and he just decided not to use it for no reason other than he did not want to. The return process was quick and easy thanks to attentive care team.

Product as described, easy to use. Does help me fall asleep faster. Haven’t used it during the day yet, I think it would work as a distraction from anxiety.

A friend recommended the CalmCarry to me after I mentioned I was having issues with waking up in the middle of the night and getting back to sleep. I ordered three right away-one for my sister, who has the same sleep issue and one for my daughter who is a medical professional working shifts.
As per the instructions, I used the CalmCarry on the lowest setting for about a week. My sleep disturbance was starting to improve! Unfortunately my unit then malfunctioned. I used the online Chat and received help right away. A new CalmCarry was sent to me immediately! I was so impressed with the customer service!
I continue to use my Calm Carry whenever I wake in the middle of the night. It truly helps me gets back to sleep!

I got a mini for my 11 year old daughter and one for myself. She used to have trouble falling to sleep at night due to racing thoughts, but now she just holds her calm carry, takes a few deep breaths, and is dreaming in minutes. She has used hers also to help with anxiety when doing homework or taking tests. ADHD and test anxiety were both bigger challanges for her before she got her calm carry. I carry mine in my purse. It's helpful if Im feeling a little wound up, and its great to have on hand if one of my kids needs to ground themselves when we are out and about, and things get hectic. Im so glad I took the leap and purchased. Totaly worth it.

Its working alright, its not magic and takes time but i think it helps. Kids enjoy holding it, but need to use a lower level so its not too strong. Fast delivery.

I love the Calm carry device. I have a hard time going to sleep & this has helped a lot. My dog wakes me up in the middle of the night and it's always been hard to go back to sleep. The Calmcarry has been a life saver. I'm very pleased with the Calmcarry device. I would recommend this product.

It’s a great distraction to break the cycle of anxious thoughts. It’s discreet and lightweight to carry around in your handbag and the loop is handy for bedtime. A good tool to use alongside therapies.
