Horrible customer service. Bought 3 pack of kid gummies and they don't work at all. Took over a month of back and forth with delays in response time, asking the same questions over and over in each reply, trying multiple tactics to not issue a refund, and a 3 week "refund queue".

100day full refund policy is promoted on their website, but it is completely misleading and extremely difficult to finally get. They will only issue you a refund on ONE bottle out of THREE with an additionally $3 deducted for their "processing" AND you pay for the return shipping. So essentially I only received a 12% refund in the end. Such a scam.

So far so good. Bought the calm carry and was a game changer for my daughter. From the first night, she fell asleep quicker and seems to sleep deeper. This has continued. I have a life again.
Took it to work to show a couple of people and they have now bought them and love them.
Customer service has been amazing too. Definitely recommend.

This device helps me with driving anxiety. It provides distraction as well as a light pulse. Great for on the go. Ty!!

Awful product. Says it’s great for kids but it’s awful even as an adult I would not use this.

Told they’d give me 30% partial refund to save returning and now just keep getting told it’s in a queue but they’re having IT issues. After reading multiple people have had this issue I’ve requested chargeback from my bank to obtain funds.

I initially bought one pack of Glowco sleep Gummies for kids, for my daughter who has difficulty winding down in the evening. I was skeptical but ended up being so pleased with the results that I bought another three pack supply! I especially like that there’s no melatonin in the gummies!

Company does not offer transparent shipping information. My order had arrived for sorting approx 4 hrs from my destination, then was shipped to the opposite side of the country with no reasonable explanation, and this is AFTER they refused to honor a valid 30 percent discount code that did not apply to my order properly when placed. They only want to give me store credit. So their solution is to force an unhappy customer to order from them again rather than just refund them the 30 percent promo code that dropped off my placed order upon checkout. Who knows when/if I'll ever receive the rest of my order at this point, because the Calm Carry and the gummies shipped separately. This place is a complete joke. Do not waste your time or money.

***UPDATE: 4 days later (Apr 7/26) - after posting this review and back and forth with emails with the company, I am at least satisfied with their follow through of refunding the FULL amount of the Calm Carry device, and their offer to skip me an additional container of sleep gummies at no extra cost to me (which I declined, as I have yet to receive the ones I ordered). They did advise that it is still available to me should I change my mind.
That being said, their prompt resolution once this review was posted was satisfactory. For that, I am appreciative. ***

***UPDATE #2 - (Apr 9/26) : I have just received my order of sleep gummies, FINALLY. I am very happy to report this positive news update. Thank you GlowCo, for following through on your reimbursement of the Calm Carry device to rectify my frustration, and disappointment. I do appreciate the efforts you made. I am looking forward to trying out the gummies received, and am optimistic to add more positive updates based on the results.

Bought 2 of these for my children. The sensation is like electric shocks. kids didnt like it so asked to return which would cost £46. Took ages to get someone to get back to me nd only offered 50% partial refund despite saying 100 days risk free. Literally if its too good to be true normally is please don't use this company

Wow! How are there so many good reviews for this dangerous torture device. Yes torture device, it’s not calming far and away from calming. I have used a teens machine before for muscle pain but even I am not crazy enough to use it on whatever power setting it the minimum on the “calm carry”.
Think taser and you might get something similar.
Makes your hand spasm and hurts all the nerves in your arm.
I feel really bad this is amid at children, as an adult it was painful and not a calming experience.

Now I move to customer service or lack there of. Currently trying to get my money back.
First I was offed credit for their website, I don’t need an eye mask for ten times its cost from Ali express.
Send it back, I say ok. They send me an Australia postal address! I question this and it’s because “the warehouse is in Australia or the USA”.
But it looks to have come from China on the sipping information!

We are getting somewhere but it’s not enough I will be out of pocket for a device that is not fit for purpose. If I send it back it will cost the postage and I don’t trust them to refund me when they get it back!
If I keep it again out of pocket due to having paid for the device and postage to get to me (that took a long while as well).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I don’t trust them to give me a refund. I will be posting this review on social media if I don’t get a response and refund from the company.

I love the calm carry. I bought mine in December. It helps with my anxiety and sleep. I take it everywhere I go and I never go to bed without it.

The products are marketed as premium and effective, even using neurodivergent people in their marketing, which is troubling as it targets vulnerable people looking for solutions that won’t be found here.

I ordered three jars of the kids’ sleep magnesium gummies.

In reality, they appear to be overpriced, ineffective supplements that are likely drop-shipped from China.

Delivery to the UK took over a month.

When there were no tracking updates, it was impossible to get a refund, so I opened a case on PayPal. Ironically, the items arrived about five days after I requested the refund (and no refund had been issued), so I cancelled the claim and decided to give them a try, especially since the gummies have good reviews and shipping delays can sometimes be outside the seller’s control.

The taste and texture are good, but after around 10 days of use, they made absolutely no difference. These are just sweeties- simply not worth the money.

We have tried ZzzQuil gummies before and they worked from day one, but sadly they are not sold in the UK.

What concerned me most is the lack of transparency around their subscription model. After purchasing, I was enrolled in a subscription without any clear or straightforward way to manage it. There is no obvious account access, and cancelling requires digging through FAQs, requesting a login link via email, and navigating a very unclear process.

Usually, companies send a reminder saying something like “your subscription will be shipped” or “your payment will be taken in 3 days.” This company does not send any reminders whatsoever, so you are not aware of any upcoming charges and cannot act or cancel in time.

You only receive a confirmation email after the money has already been taken, which is a very unprofessional way to do business.

After all this, I was charged for a product that is useless, with no option to cancel the order.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I have notified my bank and PayPal to prevent this company from taking any further payments, and I hope to return this order.

My kids are autistic and will only take gummies or chewable supplements, which already makes things more difficult. This was another failed attempt to find something effective in a form they will accept.

It is also disappointing that this company targets neurodivergent people in their marketing, especially when the product does not deliver as advertised.

Given my experience, I genuinely question how this company has so many positive reviews. It does not reflect the product quality or service I received.

Made my order and when I received notification of delivery address I thought it was incorrect. I sent an email and got a reply really quickly which put my mind at ease. Excellent service so far

I like how the calm carry comes with a wristband, it's still around my wrist when I wake up every day. Even when the strap popped (after using it nightly for a long time), i was able to superglue it and it has not come off again.
The pulses give me something to concentrate on which helps my brain to calm down! It does seem to help me sleep. I totally recommend this, and I have recommended it to several people.

I ordered two Calmcarry products, one for each of my children. The eldest (age 9) found that that it helps him relax and get to sleep but my daughter (age 6) didn't really get on with it. We will maybe try again when she is a little older!
The delivery to the UK took longer than expected but communication from the company is good.

Didn’t work for my family. Unfortunately it’s a hassle to return - you have to jump thru hoops with emails back and forth. A week after asking for a refund and communicating back and forth I’m now being told by their customer service specialist that their “Finance Department” will contact me with next steps. What a total joke. Not impressed with this company.

Highly recommend this thing is crazy. I was sceptical it wouldn't work, but it literally calmed me down within minutes and started wanting to fall asleep.

We started using the Calm Carry for my daughter over 1 year ago and it has been a game changer for bedtime. We used to struggle with so many things and now she goes to bed without a fight and feels much better at night.

Calm carry has helped when I feel overwhelmed, it’s a great distraction to calm my mind - recommend.

The product has only lasted few months. When it works it is great! Customer service is slow to fix issues.

I was a bit skeptic at first about the device but honestly when I put it on my hand it felt really relaxing and after I took it off it was like a massive rush of endorphins. I love how it fits in the palm of your hand and has lots of different settings to find a setting you like. It’s cool that it has different colours so you can pick one you like :) I use it mostly in the evening to help me get to sleep and it really works wonders :) I love it!!

I bought this for my son but I have used it as well. It helped me fall asleep. now my husband also borrowing mine, I'm planning to buy him for his birthday this week.
