I sent my package and the following day I received a phone call from a very pleasant professional man. I agreed the price quoted and the money was in my account within minutes. I also received a text confirming everything.

I feel personally this company take advantage of people with money problems.
I sent two rings to them I was expecting at least £150 I got offered £72. They do this to take advantage of a person needs the money like at the time I did. So I accepted an offer I wasn’t really happy with. I know they want to make a profit but I feel they know only people with no time or who need money come to them.

Such great service from this company. The delivery of the envelope to post my items took a few days, but once that arrived everything went like clockwork. I took my envelope to the post office on Tuesday & Wednesday morning I received a phone call making me a great offer for my items. I accepted & the money was put straight into my account.

Very straightforward and efficient process. Posted items via prepaid packaging. The very next day I received a text message with a value. Once accepted I provided my bank account and the money was transferred within 20-30 mins. Very happy with the service.

I applied on-line to request the relevant packaging to send in unwanted jewellery. I received this within a couple of days. I followed easy instructions on what to do and subsequently posted my items free of charge. Within 24 hours I received a phone call with an offer which I accepted. The money was transferred into my bank account while I was still on the call. Because of the great service I received I decided to send 2 more items. I saw The Gold Company adverised and thought I would send of old gold and silver jewellery I didn't wear anymore. They kept me informed through email when they had received my package and I got a phone call very quickly with an offer. I had only sent a small amount of jewellery and was surprised I got as much for it as I did. I accepted the offer and the man asked for my bank details over the phone, which I was very unsure about giving, he said he would text me what details he needed instead. Still a bit unsure I did send my details and the money was in my account with in a few hours. Service was excellent.
