Order not delivered
Order not delivered. No communication or updates from the company. I do not know if I will ever the product ordered. About as bad as it gets!!
In response to a reply to this review I did have a website chat where I was told the order was despatched and damaged by DPD. I was told it would be despatched the following day but I have received no confirmation if dispatch or receipt from DPD. I did try to call and left a voicemail to confirm what was happening but I received no call back.
I just wish The Golf Ball Guys were as quick to respond to customer service queries as they are at challenging perfectly valid reviews!!!

right ok I know who you are now...
So your parcel of 48 balls were sent on Monday and DPD delivered it back to us on Thursday at 3pm when they collected our parcels for the day. You then did a live chat to say why is there a dispatch notification which I explained 6 balls had come back to us in a damaged package and we have sent them back out for you. I replied within 1 minute to your live chat. So you lied in your review to say you hadn't had any notification because you had a notification from DPD saying it had been sent again on Thursday.
As they had already collected our parcels on Thursday they didn't collect your parcel until Friday. It's a Monday-Friday service so it won't be delivered until tomorrow. You have the original tracking number that would show the parcel is damaged and when it got back to us and you now have the new tracking information.
I'm baffled by this review to say you've had no notifications or updates. We are only open on Monday-Friday so if you've called the phone yesterday or today I won't pick it up until tomorrow!

Great Quality as described
Had ordered half a dozen Taylormade TP5 yellow golf balls Mint/A grade month ago to try the quality. Balls came as described on website page little to no marks. Delighted with quality. Order came few days later neatly packaged. As a result of this I ordered dozen recently and again recieved promptly same quality.
Will be back for sure, new balls especially a prominent brand can be expensive.
