The care our mother receives is exceptional. She has bonded with both her carers really well and they treat her with respect and love. She is much happier and definitely less lonely since we hired them. 5 stars!

The Good Care Group provided consistent, well organised care for my elderly aunt in her home while we arranged for her to move to a care home near family. The care managers and carers were reliable and kept us well informed; it was a successful team effort between us all.

Excellent carer and manager/contact, so overall very good. Just beware that their company procedures seem very risk averse, constraining how helpful the carers can be e.g. they don't let the carers put on a steri-strip or fill a dosset box with medication, preferring blister packs.

My husband was cared for by Sula who put him first in all things. She spent time chatting to him and it gave me the confidence to go and enjoy my respite knowing that all was well at home.

We had absolutely superb care and support from the team at the GCG. Both myself and my parents were really impressed. GCG were responsive, flexible, professional, and above all, caring.

Excellent care throughout, from the initial meeting with the manager, who enquired in detail about the needs and wishes of the person to be cared for, to the provision of first class carers and ongoing support and suggestions on safety and other issues. The carers were friendly and willing, caring considerately for the person and fitting in well with the routine of the house and helping with chores.

Everyone from first contact was friendly and reassuring - they understood our specific needs and met them with good humour. The carer who came to stay with my 86 year old mum for the first 3 weeks after a fall was kind, funny and very experienced. Couldn't have asked for more
