Karmen and the Good Life Concierge team organized a wonderful trip for a group of 12 of us in Tulum, Mexico. The communication, organization, customization, and professional nature of the Good Life team + the companies we interacted with in Tulum was awesome. Athena and the good life team helped design the perfect itinerary for our family of five with a mix of beach clubs and dining reservations. I was introduced to Athena and The Good Life Concierge 10 months before a surprise trip to Mykonos and Santorini for my wife’s 40th birthday. Athena met with me monthly, and at some points weekly, to plan the most perfect trip. She was detailed, organized and attentive to what we wanted out of the trip. Many people in our group said this was the #1 trip in their lives. And that is due to the white glove experience that Athena provided. Athena designed and delivered the best trip to the Greek Islands we could ever imagine! We had the best memories and experience, and much of it can be attributed to her alone. She coordinated the best tables, best drivers, private dining experiences, and luxury boat excursions for our group. The best part was our trip was a split time between Mykonos and Santorini, and she built it for 10 couples. I would highly recommend her services when traveling in the future.

They were impressive from the start. Athena listened to our needs, asked the right questions, and created an itinerary that was perfect for us. Our plans were constantly changing and we dipped in and out of Mexico a couple times, but the Good Life stayed on top of it all. They arranged and confirmed private transportation within an hour of us asking when we were boarding a plane. They responded to messages immediately at ALL hours, got us the best tables at the best restaurants, knew when to schedule down time in the itinerary, and when to do which events/excursions without us needing any back and forth. They knew what we wanted better than we did, and should be everyone’s top trusted source locally wherever the Good Life is.

The Good Life Concierge provides incredible service. We have been to Mykonos twice so far, the villas were amazing. We left ourselves completely in the hands of Karmen, who organized everything for us, starting with the villa, the car and all the accompanying contents, starting with the beach, lunch, beach party, dinner and going out! We had the best service and tables at all places. If you want to experience real Mykonos, they are the right people for you!

When you think about what you are looking for in a concierge service, Good Life exceeds all expectations. They understood our needs as a group and made for an incredible week in Mykonos. Karmen and Athena were amazing. They anticipated our needs, dealt with things that came up in our group last minute, and are real professionals. They have connections and relationships that allow for a first class experience and an incredible time. We were able to access what we wanted, when we wanted it - club access, top restaurants, transportation, djs for our house, etc - literally anything we wanted. Will definitely use them again!!

I don’t know how anyone could rate this all star team under 5 stars. I travel for a living and have never felt more covered than I was w Karmen, Athena, Seb, and team. Legit the best of the best. Will change your whole trip.
