Typical terrible company, overcharged my wife, bounced her account and then she has to call a foreign call center and deal with some one who is reading a script and telling her that she is not getting a refund for products that she didn't order or use. Can't speak to anybody in this country from the company, just someone reading a script and battling with her. We should be able to talk to someone directly from the company. But that's what these companies do. And if then if they do these things to you you talk to someone across the world who doesn't work directly for the company, they are reading a script with rebuttals. You can't get a supervisor because these companies do not care about being good stewards to there customers.

The service is absolutely first class, Kathryn is a highly qualified and experienced specialist in all of the treatments they do and as such, offers the best possible guidance. She's a great person to deal with and I trust her entirely to do the right thing every step of the way.
I also use their products which are excellent, I definitely feel I look a few years younger since using them!
Harry who works on reception is super professional and welcoming, too. In all, it's a fantastic experience dealing with them and I highly recommend.

I have known Kathryn Carson for many years now, and have used her on numerous occasions for various treatments. She is highly professional and highly skilled with a warm and friendly approach. When I go to see her, I feel 100% confident that she will advise me as to what can or cannot be achieved. She takes time to discuss/assess possible treatments with you thoroughly and the products that she feels would be best for your needs.
