The initial setup can be rather a chore, but stick at it and the till system you end up with is simply superb. My system is installed in a busy pub with restaurant and every item is a graphic so new staff have genuinely taken 2 minutes to train.
Accountant and stock taker have been given back end reporting access and are drilling deep into the data available, have already switched my third best selling beer as my profit was not great and replacement yields 25% better margin.
This system is a bargain price for what is a top end configuration with very cost effective ongoing support, 12 month contract meant I was not nailed to the floor for years if it was not up to the job, has proved itself to be worth more than every penny spent.

Everyone I've spoken to throughout the process has been really helpful, even when I've had some really stupid questions! Such an easy process right from the starting enquiry through to installation. Definitely would recommend The Good Till Co to others, and already have!
Overall experience has been excellent. Cameron was not a pushy sales person and was mindful of what we needed. He took time to demo the app and answer all of my questions.
The implementation was easy. Sam was able to slot us in last minute because we had an event the day after. He was very knowledgable and it took no time at all to get up and running.
Most importantly, the iPad app is excellent! It is super easy to use and very customisable. It has reduced friction at point of sale, meaning we spend more time talking to customers about the products and not trying to add up the total sale price.
We are also able to collect email addresses now, which is important for repeat purchase. Reporting is great and the integrations with WooCommerce, Quickbooks, Sumup and Mailchimp have enabled me to automate lots of tasks.
I highly recommend.
So far so good. Since the day we opened, we have been using Goodtill. Loving the system, it's so easy to use and a quick training session from one of the guys is all you need to understand how everything works. Taking card payments are so easy and works every time. We went for using Izettle in our restaurant if anyone is wondering. I just love to look at the sales history and see what items we sold the most and how it varies from day to day. Even though we sold out of food on two occasions predicting how much of everything you will need is very easy now that we have been open for a while. Thank you Good Till will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a POS system.
The Good Till Company have been amazing! This is definitely the go to till company! As a first time user of any till system, the Good Till Co provided us with a system that is so user friendly and easy to use - we were up and running in no time at all. The support has been fantastic and special mention to Tom, Sam and Govind who were an absolute pleasure to deal and always at the end of the phone when you need them.

Good Till Co. were able to support Brackley Rugby Club as part of our summer bar renovation. Wow - what a difference it has made.
Aesthetically, the bar now has a clean and modern feel; we have two till systems and they take up hardly any space and look great.
The system is so user friendly! Good Till Co. were on hand throughout the initial set up and we were very quickly up to speed with the many, business friendly, features that were possible. Reports and notifications on stock, sales and trends have been, and will continue to be, hugely beneficial. If there is ever an additional report or feature we want to run, the support from Good Till Co. is always on hand.
We look forward to using the system as part of our growing portfolio of events and functions. Being able to edit products on the system at the click of a button, alongside the system being easy to move for use in various spaces around the site, mean that we have a solution for all eventualities that suits a business providing a wide range of services and products.

We moved to The Good Till as we were pulling our hair out with our last provider. They made the on-boarding process super simple by doing a lot of the leg work for us. The guys were also always available to support us with questions and, crucially, the system is STABLE and WORKS. It's a great system and my team find it super simple and straight forward to use.

Really good EPOS system which is flexible to your business needs. Support is quick to respond and very knowledgable about their system. Would recommend to any small business with more complex ranges such as selling in pints, shots or cases.
Puts other EPOS providers to shame:) so far our experience with the good till has been excellent. Cameron, Rob and the support team has made our transition from our previous EPOS provider a walk in the park. Thanks for your efforts and keep up the great work.
A great customer experience
Adam came to meet us at our pub to demo the programme for the team. Once we processed the order the equipment arrived the next day

The app is ever developing and the team are also helpful and efficient.
So far the customer service has been excellent. When the sales line couldn't answer our questions we were scheduled an appointment with the development team to see what was possible. We have decided to go ahead with the Good Till co. after viewing 10 different systems and the customer care we have received so far is top class! Conor has answered all questions and got us the answers we needed and we look forward to the new system arriving!
I can not recommend the Good Till enough, their products and support has been brilliant, we had some hesitations at first about using an App based POS but they have been great, from the initial point of contact Adam has been great.
