Love my Charlotte sofa had it for a while now and it’s lovely and comfy. I was turning cushions and noticed some stitching wasn’t quite right contacted the company on Instagram they rang me back same day and organised a replacement. They arrived a day later by driving for 5 hours and dropped them off to my house taking the other away with them. wonderful customer service and a great family business 😀
