CBD... my personal thoughts after 3 weeks.
I have always been sceptical of CBD and its benefits for things such as anxiety and stress. I decided to start my CBD journey with the 2000mg 10ml bottle (buy 3 get 1 free), taking 4 drops in the morning and at night under the tougne. At first you don't notice much, and I think the benefits for the first week are mostly placebo, however I did notice a change in my sleep, usually being able to fall asleep faster, and sleep more of the night through without waking. I've been taking the supplement now for almost 3 weeks and I can definitely notice the change in my overall anxiety levels. Don't get me wrong I still have episodes of anxious thoughts, moments of stress brought on by nothing etc, however these are happening less and less.
In a nutshell, to my knowledge this CBD is top quality, and at a fraction of the price a lot of other brands sell the same potency. The benefits are slow to start really showing, however as I get further into my journey, perhaps increasing the dosage/frequency of use will bring about even greater improvements to my daily life and mental health.
If you're sceptical like me at first I would recommend going for it. Seeing if it works for you. We all spend £45 on dinner out, so why not invest in yourself and the bettering of your mental wellbeing for once and give it a go. I look forward to seeing what benefits and changes it brings to my life with continued use over the next few months.
