After using TGR for a few orders now I can 100% recommend them. The varieties available is something I've only dreamed of! Usually receive my order no later than a couple of days after.

Crooks
Crooks. Scammers. Lousy low down cheats. Took my £100, then demanded £200 before they'd post my order. I said no thanks, please return my payment. Silence from them ever since. Don't waste your time, money or hopes.

Scam - be aware
There was an issue with the form that removed the flat number of where I live. Even though this was my mistake, the parcel was returned to sender and received by them, as indicated by tracking, and they could have sent it back. I contacted them, sent 7 emails, 2 messages on Reddit, where I asked them to send it back. I was even willing to pay the delivery again. They simply ignored me the whole time and didn't reply to a single email. Scammers. To avoid

Made a couple of orders of late, paid via bank transfer, great products, great delivery, informed by email each step of my orders. Only takes a couple of days and usually arrives on the 3rd day in my experience which im more than happy with. Keep up the great service you provide, it's really appreciated

I have been a customer of The Green Route on and off for years, they are not my first choice for quality product, but this recent experience has been so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others.
I placed an order, paid in full, and never received the product. After chasing them multiple times over more than a week, I received no response — just silence, evasion, and eventually, outright lies. They claimed the item had been delivered (it hadn’t), and then even worse, they told me that my payment — which clearly contained my name, email, and full address — was somehow used to pay for another customer’s order and that was MY FAULT!?! This is either complete incompetence or intentional fraud.
Not once did they try to send the item, offer a refund, or take any responsibility. What I received instead was a string of dismissive, passive-aggressive messages that became increasingly rude. No ownership, no apology, and certainly no attempt to resolve anything.
And let’s be honest — their products have been deteriorating for a while now. Old, dry, and well past their best. This is a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers, let alone ethical business.
I’m warning others: do not trust The Green Route. Their service is disgraceful, their customer support is insulting and passive aggressive, and their products are no longer worth the money. This isn’t just poor service — it’s negligence and theft. I will never use them again!!
Since writing this review, I have had further threats from Green Route. Even though my money was clearly in the company bank account, and they have admitted this. And because I placed one number wrong on my reference (they also had my name and bank details to cross reference) apparently it is still my fault and they are refusing to send the goods or refund my money. They are insisting that I "edit/remove" my review on here and illegally are offering only a "coupon" if and when I do this. This is illegal and blackmail. Stay away from these crooks. Completely unaccountable and bullies.
Bit of a legal note for Green route: Based on UK consumer law, when you've purchased a product online and your payment has been accepted, the company has entered into a contract with you and is obligated to either:
1. Provide the product you purchased, or
2. Issue a full refund if they cannot supply the product
Offering only a coupon instead of delivering the product or providing a refund likely violates several key UK consumer protection laws:
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires traders to provide goods as described, and gives you the right to a refund for undelivered goods.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 specifically covers online purchases and states that if a retailer cannot provide the goods you've ordered and paid for, they must provide a full refund within 14 days.

I've ordered a few times from these guys. Perfect every time until today. Not sure who's fault it was (probably mine), but I sent the payment to the wrong place.
Not only did they patiently help me try and recover the money, but when that failed, they gave me a coupon to redeem for the full price of the order! That's how you get a customer for life.
