Best Agency Scaling Program Out There
I have joined many business coaching programs. Clickfunnels 2ccx, Amazon self publishing, YouTube channel coaching, and others.
All have been great and I’ve taken incredible lessons from each.
Growth Partners stand tall and pretty close to the top if not the top. Rarely do you see a program that has as much industry expertise as well as support for your learning.
Growth Partners really cares about student success and creates more than enough targeting help to ensure students succeed.
If someone isn’t succeeding in this program, it’s because they aren’t using the resources available.
I would recommend this program to anyone who is interested in started a marketing/sales/operation focused agency.
I’ve had an agency for 7 years now. And within the first month of being in this program it helped illuminate exactly why I was struggling to scale. And not just highlight the issues. But have specific ways to fix them.
There are technical resources, marketing and sales resources and mindset resources to ensure success.

Polished Marketing, Hollow Delivery
Marketing vs. Delivery
I enrolled in the AI Acquisition Launchpad Program because the website emphasized Collaboration, Proven Systems, and Strategic Advisory. Not long after, the company revamped its website and removed those claims entirely.
What I received was not what was advertised. The program centered almost entirely on a single tactic, podcasts and interviews, framed as collaboration but functioning as a Trojan horse for sales. Instead of proven systems, I encountered a narrow, cookie-cutter playbook.
Training Modules and Outreach
The training reinforced this focus. For example, Module 3.1, “The Podcast Method,” presents podcasts as the core of their “sales system.” Even lessons titled “Pre-Podcast Call” funneled everything back to the same tactic, labeled “the best method in 2025.”
Outreach channels were limited to LinkedIn and email blasts through Instantly.io. Templates included fabricated podcast invitations and fake forwarded messages. These scripts were positioned as “strategic tools,” but in reality created the appearance of collaboration while steering conversations toward sales. This added another layer to the bait-and-switch: what was advertised as authentic, multi-channel outreach turned out to be canned tactics that never felt genuine.
PGP Model and Support
I was steered into short-term client deals—3–6 months, paired with “if we don’t hit these numbers, it’s free” guarantees. On the surface, this lowers barriers, but in practice it creates churn, constant prospecting, and no stability. Training modules never covered retention or long-term strategy.
Support was delivered through their Personal Growth Partner (PGP) model. Positive reviews often highlight PGPs, but in my experience, it carried risks. I was assigned a PGP with limited background, and it showed. The guidance was rigid, scripted, and lacked credibility for someone meant to provide strategic business advice. Friendly or not, the model felt underqualified to deliver results.
ToS and Refunds
I meticulously submitted daily “Top 2 Actions” reports tied to their 90-day money-back guarantee. On paper, this looked like protection. In reality, the Terms were restrictive and felt engineered to disqualify clients through technicalities while pushing them past dispute windows. Refund terms seemed more designed to protect revenue than customers, reinforced by arbitration clauses that discourage pursuing remedies.
Dispute Outcome
Because of these issues, I filed a misrepresentation claim with my credit card company. Despite the company’s “all sales final” and “all services rendered” stance, the outcome was clear: the card issuer ruled in my favor and permanently reversed the charge. That decision validated my experience and confirmed that the marketing could not withstand scrutiny.
Review Patterns
The company relies heavily on Trustpilot reviews. Many appear written in a very similar style, heavy on praise for the PGP but light on detail. To me, it gave the appearance of astroturfing (coordinated or fake grassroots promotion) rather than authentic client feedback. Out of curiosity, I cross-referenced many of the reviewer names against internal records and found that only a small number matched actual clients. That left me with doubts about how representative those testimonials really are compared to my own experience.
Final Thoughts
The Terms of Service include a non-disparagement clause, but also acknowledge the Consumer Review Fairness Act, which protects honest reviews. My comments are based solely on my documented, firsthand experience.
In my opinion, the model felt like a bait-and-switch, polished marketing on the front end but deceptive, churn-driven tactics once inside. If you value long-term, sustainable growth, I do not believe this program delivers it. If short-term sales tactics appeal to you, it may, but at a very high cost, always chasing the next client without stability, and stuck on a hamster wheel. For me, the experience conflicted with my moral compass, and I could no longer justify participating.
Amazing support & system
The experience has been great ever since I was assigned to start working with Anthony Di Re and having regular check ins, ongoing communication to really set the tone and the right adjustments for a successful campaign - Joe Godfrey made a good decision in finding someone I’d work well with. I am very excited and very optimistic for the future in this industry.
