The customer service team provided excellent communication with me about my order. It shipped in a timely manner & arrived before Xmas. The quality was great of the toys and I’m so excited to share the grumpy octopus with my family members.

Overall great experience, can only recommend for future buyers. The product is even better than you can see from the pictures. It is big, squishy, fluffy and super grumpy. The communication and attitude of the seller was awesome, helpful and most importantly prompt.

Their products are so preciously grumpy and my fiancé loves them so much! I got him the plush and the keychain, and when I accidentally put in the wrong delivery details the support team was so friendly and helpful and got it updated without issue, in time for the original delivery estimate! They also checked in with me after the products were scheduled to arrive, to make sure that they were received!! This was a wonderful customer experience and purchase!!!

I bought the Grumpy Octopus for my daughter. It is just as awesome in person as it is on the website. I will definitely be buying all of the different Grumpy Animals for her.

The delivery time would a bit longer if you are not living in the US. but I have to say their customer service agent is doing outstanding work since they will keep in touch with you until your order arrives if you ever contact them.

Honestly saying, cannot be happier with the product and service. Customer service deserves 5 stars for doing a great job. Delivery time was but of pain as it stuck at the same hub for more than 15 days no wonder why, if this area could be looked after please. But you’re amazing overall. Thanks for a good experience. Highly recommended

I ordered a Grumpy Octopus back in March for my wife, which sadly never arrived - couriers fault not the company.

After realising it wasn't going to come I reached out to the team at Grumpy Octopus who immediately sent a replacement at no cost to me.

I couldn't be happier with the item or the service. They really went above and beyond to help me out.

What a wonderful squishy grumpy octopus. It was better then expected. Believe it or not, I actually had an issue with the delivery. It appeared to be stuck in a hub somewhere. (Thanks to the shop app I was able to track it). It sat in the same place for a week. That's when I reached out to support. Wow! It was like they were sitting there waiting for me to call. They immediately began checking into the issue. I was also contacted by USPS and the next day my package was on its way. If I didn't know any better I would think they sent someone down there to personally take care of the issue.

Honestly, great product and great service (love the grumpyness). The octopus is great quality and looks perfect! My package got lost during the delivery, i got in contact with them (and they replied the next day to help me). I will definitely buy more of this collection in the future.

These toys are so funny and cute! I am a collector of different stuffed animals and this grumpy octopus is my most favorite ever.
