They Made It Possible
The Guarantors really came through for me. I didn’t meet the standard qualifications for my apartment, but they stepped in and made a way for me to still get approved. The process was smooth, clear, and professional from start to finish.
Because of them, I’m now settled in my new home, and I truly appreciate the support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs that extra help getting approved.

After searching The Guarantors online, I received a referral from a property manager. The experience was quick, fast, and a great process. I was able to locate the property I was interested in applying for with no problem and was approved immediately. The Guarantors' agent confirmed my interest to the landlord, and my process was approved. The Guarantors agent contacted me, we spoke on the phone he was amazing. .

Scam Alert
Well, I pretty much have the same complaint as everyone else. I sent them $1,035, and decided to go with another realtor. They haven't sent me ANYTHING back. And they're a complete 'Automated system', so you don't even talk to a real person. They emailed me once saying they had to reach out to the 'Landlord', and it's been over a month. This company is a complete SCAM. Please spread the word about these con-artists.

Don’t trust this company
Don’t trust this company. They refuse to refund me back my money and I never moved into the unit. Didn’t even sign the lease. It was canceled and asked to reapply! Plus full refund!!! Now they are refusing to give me back my money… I got the emails! They put the money in my account then took it out 24 hours later. With no reason on why…
