Got scammed, they took my money but never received an order number for the product
Used this website because their products were recommended to me by a friend. Did not find the product on Amazon or other retailers so I searched for their website directly. Found the product I was looking for and reviewed payment options. PayPal was listed, which is my preferred method for online interactions, however, when checking out, this option was not selectable. I was forced to pay with my credit card, and did not question it because of the inconvenience. Payment was taken and verified through my banking account however, no order number was generated and I never received an email response at the email given. It’s been over a week with no sign of the products and no way to follow up. The only contact option listed on the website requires an order number which I do not have. I haven’t had this kind of an experience with the website for over 10 years and should not have trusted what appeared to be illegitimate business entity. Don’t make my mistake. Thankfully, the order was for a small amount and I will have to look elsewhere for my pet medication.
