I can highly recommend The Guild Practice. Patient care is at the forefront which is very obvious from the outset, with a highly skilled team that take exceptional care. Heidi is an excellent dentist and I have been more than happy with the dental work I have had done.

I have been a patient of 60 Malone Road for decades! First it was Ian Hastings, I was anxious about changing dentists but of course, people retire! Then along came Bruce and the team! Obviously I have been with Bruce for as long as he has been at the helm and I have nothing but praise for the service they deliver and the friendliness of the staff! I have seen the team far more than I would have liked this year - first it was about an infection, which developed a short time before I was due to go on holiday - I can’t remember how quickly I was seen but it was quick, no sooner had those antibiotics finished but the infection returned and as Bruce suspected it was a fractured root - no alternative but a dental extraction one week before I was due to leave the country for far off lands but Bruce squeezed me in & was happy to review the healing of it before I left, when told it was still a bit sore! All was well, holiday enjoyed but I had a gap!! Bruce talked me through the implant process - yes it is costly but I am delighted with the end result! I think I had a total of three appointments - one for all sorts of measurements, scans and photos! Then for the insertion of the implant and a few weeks later the ‘crown’. The insertion of the implant was uncomfortable but there was plenty of local anaesthetic (I didn’t like the feeling of the racing heart which I am told some people get - it only lasted a few seconds). The process was quite drawn out - extraction end February & finished in October! It gave me time to save up - the cost was spread over the three appointments! The gap is filled and I have had no problems with ‘that’ tooth since! If I find myself having to get another - I would do so but hopefully not until I’ve saved up a bit!! The service was second to none and Bruce explained everything very well as he went along! Thank you to both Bruce & Lesley. Sadly, I was back again today because another tooth was causing me bother and as always I was slotted in, this time only one day after making the phone call!! I cannot thank them all enough

I have been a patient at the Guild Practice for a number of years, and I cannot recommend the practice enough for the outstanding service and care that Bruce and his team give me on every visit. I recently had a surgical tooth extraction, which I wasn't looking forward to; however, Bruce and Lesley, as always, made me feel very comfortable, and the whole process was completely pain-free. The day after the procedure, I wouldn't have known I had the tooth removed....Amazing...Many Thanks as always.

I have been a patient at The Guild Practice for 21 years and the service has always been both professional and friendly. The treatments are of a very high standard and any work carried out is clearly explained in advance.

I am a long standing patient of the Guild Dental Clinic (over 30 years) l am currently undergoing a 5th dental implant(1st implant 2009 and still perfect) l can highly recommend this clinic for Implant surgery. Bruce has carried out all my surgery. I never had any problems-follow the guidance given all should be well. I have never experienced pain or discomfort afterwards.
Prior to surgery you are given breakdown of cost.
All staff are experienced, helpful and friendly.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Guild Practice for implant surgery.

I can only say thank you to the team for the professionalism and constant reassurance throughout. Anyone thinking about implants go for it you will be well looked after. Thank you Heidi and the team.

I've always enjoyed my appointments at the Guild Practice, everyone who works here are so lovely.

I rang for an emergency appointment at 9am and got seen at 11.20 the same day, saved me being in pain over the weekend.

Would highly recommend, especially Tracey as she is so helpful.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my dentist- GuildDental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism which made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions with patience and care.
Dr Hedi and her team’s skill, attention to detail, and gentle approach truly stood out. They have transferred the entire my teeth’ health, and made me so confident and happy. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff were equally friendly and efficient.

It was awesome to have a dentist who cares as much about your teeth as you do! Teresa did such a great job making me crowns & composite that I'm so happy with. Overall a great experience!

Greeted well and put at ease for treatment and each stage had been explained and then confirmed during the procedure. Removed old filling due to crack in tooth and new white filling which matches my teeth. I felt no pain at all.

Excellent practice. I had a cracked tooth and was in a lot of discomfort, but they fit me in on short notice and took care of it quickly and professionally. The entire team was friendly, and the procedure was smooth and painless. I’m so grateful for their excellent care—highly recommend!

I saw Heidi and Lesley for a chipped tooth, they managed to fit me in the next day and fix it there and then despite myself being a new patient! Both ladies were so lovely and explained the whole process and you can’t even tell my tooth was chipped anymore. I will definitely be returning for any future dental needs!

I was really grateful to meet the members of this practice. They are evidently qualified and that is so reassuring to see.

Heidi did two front implants and two new crowns and I was delighted with the result. She has great attention to detail and matches the new teeth perfectly to the existing ones.

Recently had an implant put in, from my first appointment with Bruce, I knew I was in safe hands, he put me at ease immediately, talked me through the whole process, making sure I felt comfortable with everything. Was attending Guild for an implant, from my first appointment until end of treatment was a great dental experience!! Bruce instantly made me feel relaxed as I was very nervous and his calm professionalism along with Lesley the lovely dental nurse put me at ease.

The premises are lovely, comfortable and scrupulously clean. Parking is easy. The Guild Practice makes a visit to the dentist a pleasure.

I am very pleased to have this opportunity to submit sincere appreciation to the Guild Practice for the excellent service always provided to me. I have been with Bruce & Heidi Guild since they took over this dental practice from Mr Hastings (again an exemplary dentist) some years ago. A recent dental appointment prompts me to give this commendation.
After illness for over a year, and in the process of recovery, but not yet ready for dental work, Mr Guild kindly was prepared to carry out treatment that required a three hour slot. The care, skill and professionalism, with inconvenience to himself, enabled the work to be successfully completed. Likewise Sabrina, dental nurse/assistant, could not have been more caring and supportive. Thanks also to Tracey in Reception who has, over a lengthy time-period, always been helpful in every way. This recent dental work undertaken by Mr Guild was outside the service that could be expected of any dentist, or looked for by any patient, as if it were the norm, with care, patience, and generosity of spirit.
