Absolutely excellent service throughout, from the initial communication and quote to the finished product. Clare was able to restore a much loved Prada bag to as good as new condition and the turn around period was only a few weeks. I was over the moon with the results and will be using the service again! Highly recommended!

My tangerine ostrich handbag had suffered a bad repair at the hands of a company some years ago and so I was very reluctant to put into the hands of someone else and then I had 4 or 5 consultation emails with Clare and was reassured enough by her interest in finding the correct, original type of hardware and her professionalism over my concerns to hand over the bag and I am so glad I did. I now have a fully restored Ostrich handbag that is back in commission and I am thrilled with the outcome.

I have just received my restored Gucci bag and Clare at THRC has done an amazing job. The ordering process was stress free, from getting a quotation, placing my order and posting and receiving my bag. Fantastic communication via email and WhatsApp and all questions answered quickly. I did a lot of research to find the right restorer and definitely found it with this company. I would highly recommend them.

They did a GREAT job restoring a handbag that some mice had chosen to attack. The whole process was perfect, from initial quotation to confirmation and then to completion. Obviously it’s a bit nerve wracking sending off a precious, valuable handbag but I can honestly say this was such a great experience. My prized Chanel pearl crush mini took a slight battering when I accidentally dropped it and I wanted to find the right company to restore it - I absolutely did! Communication throughout was excellent, great price for the work done and having received my bag back I couldn’t be more delighted to have it in perfect condition again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use the service again on any other of my designer bags. Exceptional!!

Excellent repair service and handy work by Clare (and team). I was initially worried about sending my Mulberry bag off but they responded to any queries I had really quickly and i felt much better. The repair was a zip replacement and I couldn’t be more pleased with the handy work. An extra bonus was the repair was done a lot quicker than the estimate which was a nice surprise! Thank you!

Clare and her team asked for plenty of information up front before issuing the estimate for undertaking the extensive work on my vintage Prada bag. The quote included a complete overhaul of the bag - inside and out - all the work was carried out as Clare told me it would be, on time and on budget. I am delighted with the result!

Clare is just absolutely amazing at what she does. She kept me fully updated on the progress - from confirming my parcel, confirming the amount I needed to pay after inspection and to then turning everything around in half the time! My bag and purse literally look the same as they were when they were brand new and I can't thank her enough.
