The Happy Birthing Co. offers in personHypnobirthing classes in Derbyshire, and has our most affordable online antenatal and hypnobirthing course enabling you to have the best birth possible. Group & private classes are taught by Laura, a qualified Hypnobirthing teacher & mum of three. The course will teach a full range of Hypnobirthing techniques, full antenatal preparation and the process of birth. It is designed to empower you to have the confidence in your own body to make informed choices. Hypnobirthing is hugely beneficial to birthing person, birth partner & baby. It is a great choice to begin the journey of bringing your little one into the world, and here at The Happy Birthing Co. we can’t wait to be a part of it! We also provide post natal support with our 4th Trimester Club, the first of its kind in the area!

Laura and The Happy Birthing Co

Laura from The Happy Birthing Co. was knowledgable, professional and friendly from our first session. Even after giving birth twice previously I was surprised at how much new information I found out whether that be things that had changed since my last pregnancy or different ways of thinking.

Laura and The Happy Birthing Co. gave me the confidence to trust my body and also empowered me to ask more questions about my labour to ensure I was in control the whole way through.

I would highly recommend The Happy Birthing Co. to anyone who is thinking of hypnobirthing!
