⚠️ WARNING!!!!⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are thieves! They sold out and merged with a new company and NOW THEY ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING ANY PRODUCTS!

Placed an order over a month ago (8/2/2025) for $90 and they have not shipped my product, will not respond to emails to their support email and no one answers their customer service line that is only open 8am-noon Mon-Fri!
They are also ignoring my rep, who is one of their Brand partners. She has been trying to contact them as well. Her mother also did not receive her product she purchased in July. It is now September 8th! All of us are unable to reach them or get any kind of response or refund. I’ve emailed them over a dozen times, tried to call over a dozen times, no one answers.

They are no longer legit or trustworthy!

I have been with this company for 6yrs and for the last 6months it is been an absolute bad bad bad experience. I dont know who is over the company but it has went down hill. I am constantly having to email and call over and over because it is a week or 2 before they ship funny things isbi pay for express shipping. And now customer service is only open 8am to 12 noon. This is crazy. Like get it together. I love their products they truly work but when you have a smart ship and u go with out for 2 weeks bc the company can't get it together with their shipping and they use every excuse in the world.

Like products yet shipping is extremely slow. Update: I can no longer recommend his company. They have gone from extremely slow shipping to not shipping at all.

I've been with this company for 5 years now. I can most definitely say I've always been a satisfied customer and 110% their products are incredible, especially the ElevateMax and the Unwined. I'm a nurse and worked through Covid and the Max gave me all the energy I needed to make it through a rough shift then at the end of the day when I needed shut eye the Unwined helped me sleep. I even recommended the Unwined to a former patient with incredibly challenging insomnia and he can't live without it now. These products have 100% changed my life!!
