Exceptional customer service!
I ordered an Mspa Tribeca from the Happy Den. From the first connection the level of care, attention and communication was exceptional. I was kept informed about delivery dates and there was a genuine concern to make sure that everything was in order.
The real test of customer service, however, is not when things go to plan, but when they don't. In my case the spa developed a fault within a week of being installed. Again the level of concern to make sure that I was aware of the process for the replacement of the control unit and proactive communication with the supplier to make sure things were addressed quickly was exceptional. A special shout out to Karen with whom I had most of my communication - she is awesome!
