I was looking for a wig liner that was open on top. They are easier to put on stay put. The Revlon liners are perfect. Happy that I found them!

I ordered my wig in a size large and sometime after I ordered I got a notice that it was on the way which was followed by a notice saying that it wouldn’t be there until the end of March. I needed it badly due to head cancer surgery so I contacted customer support and was able to get it in an average. So I now have A very beautiful wig which is the wrong size and has very strict return guidelines. I guess it was a sad waste of my money.

Very dissatisfied. I had ordered a wig last month. They failed to tell me it was back ordered. I waited almost a month. Very poor customer service and communication.
Item was high quality but the color was not correct. I ordered 7-ash and received very dark brown.

My wig shipped fast, was on time and the quality is amazing! Almost a perfect color match!
I really like the product that was sent to me but I needed a different color and here is where I have my problem. I wanted a straight exchange which you would not accommodate and I was given a RA to send back within an allotted amount of time but I got sick and missed it, so now I have a wig I can't return or exchange, I don't like the return policy.
The hairpiece is wonderful...well constructed and full enough to look real. A great price, too. Thank you.

Terrible!!! I never received a status or my order and was asked to write a review of my purchases. After writing a negative review I then received order status that it shipped and shortly after that I received their comment to my review which annoyed them. Again shortly after I received an email that my order was cancelled. Not sure how they even do business. Their website is terrible for finding updates on yr order and the fact that they would cancel my order is disgusting.

The photo of the wig I ordered is nothing at all like the product I received. It’s a mass of unstyled hair. My request to return was denied. Their calculation was that it was 6 business days since a late afternoon delivery, which
should not count as the first business day. This happened during the Christmas and new years holidays timeframe. I am a chemotherapy patient. I cannot take this wig to have it cut and styled by a professional. We are in a pandemic and my being immuno compromised I just cannot take the risk. This company has zero understanding of customer satisfaction. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very satisfied with my order. Received it pretty quick and looks good 👍. I just started to wear it so I don't know how long it will hold up yet.

You did not do bad. I really did not know what I needed to order. I really ordered blind. I am ordering again and hope I can be better informed. Your customer service was nice but not helpful. I am going to call customer service again before I order and hope they can help. I had to return my item which can get pricey
