Ordered brand :RECODED FIT MEAL Vanila but 10 days later received their own brand product which they alway push in their store ..Been a customer of them for a long time but probably will need to switch to other supplier

literally the best and nicest supplements store in Amsterdam and the only store who sells everything from proteïn powders (vegan) to multivitamines and so much more.

this is my second time ordering from HH and its also the second time they have not completed an order.

first time was 3 years ago, and was finally resolved, i received a refund on the condition i remove my negative feedback online. hence how they keep there ratings up.

on my current order; my order has been delivered to the wrong store, i am not willing to travel to a new store, when there are two on my doorstep, i have tried making contacting with email, telephone and social media, but all is ignored. i have suggested a refund or for my order to be available to collect from the store i nominated for collection.

i would stay away from these guys online, it is starting to feel like a scam! i would use either bol.com or xxl nutrition.

EDIT-
After contacting the instagram page several times, i manage to get a response, which then resolved my order getting delivered to the correct store.

I am grateful it got resolved but i would still not recommend shopping online with health house, they do not have the ability to correctly manage orders, and they have zero customer service skills!

Also be aware, their online prices do not reflect their in-store prices!
so shop online to save money will be a headache!
shop in store to save a headache will cost you more money!

I recently ordered from this company, and I had a positive experience overall. They offer a good variety of protein shakes, which tasted great and were of high quality. Their sport goods selection is decent, with reasonably priced products that are reliable. The ordering process was smooth, and my package arrived promptly. Although their customer support response was slightly delayed, they eventually resolved my query satisfactorily. I recommend this company for those seeking protein shakes and sport goods.

Ordered protein powder on the 17th of april. It's now the 17th of may but still nothing has been delivered.

I have contacted them multiple times. They told me it's on it's way. It's been "on it's way" for a couple of weeks now.

I order protein shake powder. Nothing received. No reply to my email.

Be careful! Watch out!
The online store sent me the wrong product. In their website, they don't have an option to return. They ask us to get in contact with the customer service but there's no contact (eg: e-mail). The phone number exists but they don't pick up to answer the call. Sent an email to customercare..nl but no answer after 3 days.
