We really appreciated working closely with you to resolve the issue with your baglett. At your request, we arranged an exchange for another item and sent it out to you completely free of delivery charges.
We've sold many thousands of Sierra Bagletts worldwide and, to date, have never had one returned due to a colour discrepancy. That said, we understand that colour can sometimes appear differently depending on lighting and individual screens.

Bought in the sale so an absolute bargain. I use it on dog walks for biscuits ,poo bags and have a few coins for ice cream in the zipped section. Comfortable to wear and always ready to sling over my shoulder when I leave the house with my dogs. Bright and cheerful,I won't forget it or miss seeing it. Have used these baglets for over 10 years . Not completely waterproof but rain resistant enough and can be tucked inside a raincoat.

I think it is great. My last one lasted 20 years. However i would have liked some paler colours eg pink, cream or white. I am disappointed that the outside non zipped pocket has no Velcro as before. Everything I put in the pocket falls out. Such a shame as I used this pocket all the time

I’ve had a small baguette for a while and it’s not quite big enough. This is great. Big enough for phone, keys, lippy and even a small camera when I’m on holiday. The bags aren’t cheap, but they are good quality and last for years.
