Plenty of space! Can hold A4 size book. Not keen on the strap materials. Feels more uncomfortable than my other smaller bags. My hair got caught in the strap adjuster.

Love Healthy back bags & have several various sizes & patterns but this was the first big bag. Slightly disappointed as it did not seem to hold as much as its capacity alleged Almost too many compartments as if you filled the inside couldn’t get much in outside pockets & visa versa. Then you’ve got to remember what you put in which compartment. The regular large ( healthy back) bags seem better as hand luggage & not as heavy when packed.Plain colour doesn’t make a statement as smaller bags do , it looks like just a functional bag & not part of your outfit which my other healthy back bags do.

It is easy to put on and comfortable. While the capacity is not huge it is sufficient for most occasions.. Thank you. No more bruises to my hands as I put a back pack on. The padding on the strap could be longer.

Very useful bag with numerous pockets to keep control of where all small items can be found. It would be helpful if the shoulder strap was wide all the way down, rather than half wide, half narrow as it is currently.
Big but I wanted it as an alternative to a rucksack.

Good capacity and very helpful while I have a painful shoulder which causes pain when I try to put on a backpack. A little more padding might be useful.

Brilliant product!
Actually i wanted a forest green bag. Black is a bit of a sun magnet. But overall i am very happy with the XL size. I use it the same as my other smaller HBB, but It has a lot more headroom and for example my IPad fits even better.
Haven't used them as yet but I'm sure they will be excellent when we do.
