Paid for 800l, could only fit 720l in tank, no balance paid back and no reply to emails and dont seen to answer the phone.

Ordered and paid £20 for fast day…
Ordered and paid £20 for fast day delivery never arrived. Several phone calls and finally arrived. Still no refund as promised for speedy delivery. Another few phone calls but no refund as yet 7months on. Order with caution!

Very good value and friendly customer service and driver.. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I was given a delivery day and it didn't turn up. I had to ring to find out what was happening.

Excellent service
Excellent service, after waiting weeks for another company to deliver which didn't happen. Heating Oil were the same price but fortunately I was in at the time they delivered as they came a day early than expected and I had gates to unlock. Would definitely use them again.
