48 hrs trying to get answer from the out of hour number that they transfer you to , no answer and unable to leave any messages, due to offices being closed for the xmas period !

Great service

First time dealing with heating plan, found the customer service great, Steven was very helpful gave me as much information as requested before attending the job, which makes it easier when we attend to diagnose and repair faults. Once completed sent invoice over and was paid promptly, didn't have to chase up payment. Great service

Engineer review. Good company to work for. agreed a price and they paid it within half an hour of me sending the invoice. I’m always wary of random calls from insurance companies as we receive them regularly... but these guys were a pleasure to deal with. No messing about and a happy customer at the end of the job. Pleasant experience

Heating plan got in touch with me to carry out an emergency callout at a property close to me. No pressure approach and friendly. Agreed rates with them and invoiced them immediately after the job was complete. Payment was made straight away. Highly recommend.
