So helpful and easy to use

Love it! I bought some printable hen party games and the planning spreadsheet, and they were both amazing. Everything was really easy to use and saved me so much time, especially the spreadsheet which helped me stay organised. The games were easy to download and looked lovely. So glad I found The Hen Planner.

Refund without explanation

I ordered some items and paid but I then noticed a credit back to my bank account as the order was cancelled- no contact to tell me this just a refund!

Incorrect order rectified

Originally there was some confusion as to the product description, amounts ordered and what got delivered. Since then the company has refunded me on such error and rectified their website. Products received are of a great standard, would order from here again x

Our product page shows that you can purchase our hangover kits in single units or in packs of 5. We checked your order and you were sent the correct amount (you selected 4 x single bags and not 4 x packs of 5).

To make up for the misunderstanding, we refunded you for the 4 bags, and can only apologise for the confusion or misunderstanding on our product page.

Since then, we have made our options clearer so we have no more issues with this moving forward.

With regards to our shipping, we typically use Royal Mail, but as there has been strikes we opted to use EvRi for your order. Sorry that isn’t your preferred delivery option and it arrived 2 days late - we will be using Royal Mail moving forward when strikes are over.

Definitely recommend!

After looking at a few different websites, I ordered a few games and the bride squad jumpers from The Hen Planner. Firstly, love it that you can get everything you need from one website, rather than having to go through five different places. After placing my order, everything arrived super quickly and was packaged really nicely. The games were really beautifully presented and the jumpers are really soft and pretty. All of it went down super well with our group ☺️ Would definitely recommend The Hen Planner!

Nice design but a few typos

Bought some hen party game sheets in digital format. Nice design but a few typos which was not ideal. Would be good to be able to customise as digital anyway.
