Rubbish service

This has got to be the worst company online, we paid for next day delivery and it arrived after 5 days .
It is impossible to contact them as they don't answer their phone or respond to emails.
I certainly will never use them again.

Not working no contact

I have ordered the seamless paint roller pro set and the paint wont come out of the roller i have tried to call there number numerous time yet no answer and the email provided no longer exists. I just wanted a refund and to return the item

failed delivery

If I could give no stars I would. I Placed an order with next day delivery on Friday 3rd December to complete a project on the 4th and 5th.
Its now the 7th and I am still waiting. Whilst I understand the issues with covid and deliveries, as a company you should not be charging next day delivery if you can not implement it.
Its pointless calling as no one answers the phone on the number displayed on the website.
I will be requesting a full refund.

Excellent customer services

I have not used the product as yet so can only comment on customer services. Had an issue with a missing part from my order which was dealt with super fast, I received a replacement part and some free extras. Would definitely use this company again without hesitation.

Paid &2 extra to delivery to recieve…

Paid &2 extra to delivery to recieve package within 24hrs that was a week ago and still have not recieved package very poor indeed

Still waiting for delivery

Still waiting for delivery. Order was placed over 8 working days ago with no update from the company.
I did not receive any refund from you. My credit card company refunded the total cost after raising a dispute.

Your parcel got lost in the post and we have processed the refund. This issue is outside our control.

Due to the open case with your credit card it took more time for the refund to process. If the parcel get lost in the post we have to wait for 14 days to confirm with the delivery company that the parcel was not delivered.

All companies are struggling during this time, mainly courrier company. We have just asked you to be patient and let us deal with your case in timely manners.

We are sorry that you have to experience this. As explained earlier, this was outside our control.

Not what I expected

As a 73 year female newly widowed and having to learn DIY, this device seemed ideal, but I found it heavy and too hard to manoeuvre. The end came off and my floor was covered in paint. The only useful items were the brush and jug, both of which I could have found in my husband’s shed. I was exhausted after painting my kitchen.

Sent email saying one of the rollers had glue on it
And you could not bother to reply still waiting
