I purchased the hillhub tankless water heater from Amazon.
Day one. It would not charge. Notified Hillhub thru Amazon. No response.
Emailed twice. No response
Chat. They finally responded, but by then I had to leave the conversation
Chat again....20 time, but im the only one chatting.
Very exceptionally poor customer service and I'm not impressed with their tankless, never worked water heater. I would purchase another product from them and I suggest you don't either.

Excellent facilities, staff are really friendly. Better experience here than we'd ever expected. Would definitely recommend.

Jodie was excellent. She's the person who looks after the business. She accommodated me at rather short notice and the rates were really reasonable too.
The facilities were perfect. Clean and a great environment. We used the conference room with the enormous TV which saved me from mucking about with my projector!!
It's really central too as I run an area spanning Kent, Essex and East Sussex.
It's a 5 star from me and I will absolutely be using The Hill Hub again!!

Great meeting room facilities, and particular thanks to Jodie who gave us a very warm welcome and excellent service all day.

I have booked and used both the small and large meeting rooms in the last week and I have been very happy with the cost, service and location. Jodie made sure everything was perfectly arranged, and the booking process was straight forward. The offices have been finished to a high quality and are comfortable and have all the relevant facilities that you would want. The large meeting room looks very versatile. More than happy with everything.

I was looking for a suitable workplace having become totally bored with working from home during this pandemic due to no human interaction. I enquired with various locations and found the Hill Hub to be efficient, friendly, competitively priced and adequately located.

All the staff were helpful and Jodie the Manager especially so. After my "UK staycation" I will start frequenting my new workplace. Thank you Hill Hub.

Great space for businesses, entrepreneurs and the general public. A very comfortable and creative environment.

I get to benefit from The Hill Hub space due to my church using the space for Sunday services. The space is beautifully decorated; with neutral tones and bold unique, artistic appearance. The place is always spotless, Eniayo one of the staff members is very helpful in ensuring we have the simplest set up process. There are around 15 car park spaces or so and there is ample space around the building for those looking for hot-desking office spaces; with a cafe in-house also. Would recommend!

I came in for the open day and really liked it. I hot desk here once a week, to break up the routine of working from home.
I live locally, so it is really convenient. The building is beautiful and has been professionaly converted. The work stations are clean and the excellent WiFi makes working much easier.
The AC is fantastic during these hot days, and it's nice touch to have some free tea. It's also been nice to meet others in the same situation.

A lovely, new in the area co-working space in the heart of Dartford Town Centre. Very friendly&polite operations manager Jodie, tasty coffee, reasonably priced! A great venue to work from! Will be visiting again!
