This is a scam. I was charged twice. The first charge I expected, but the site kept bringing me to different pages, showing different charges in different currencies. I backed out after the first charged and now I've got a second charge.

The agent just want me to write a high review but didn’t answer my mail about my refund.

Somehow ended on their website, and got charged for a delivery service related to entirely different company. Scam!

Issue was dealt with..... I was told to write this five star review, otherwise I wouldn't get my refund. From reading the other reviews it seems plenty others have been scammed in the same way. I didn't subscribe to this service, it just happened. Be careful with any of your dealings online. Always regularly change your passwords!

Scam site that charged me a fee and subscription from another unrelated site

Excellent customer service. Very professional and communicative on assisting issues.

Beware of scams. Fake emails, e.g. with the layout of a hotel I know, are used to lure me in by offering MysteryBoxes for a good cause for a small price. The payment doesn't seem to work twice with the result that I seem to have taken out 2 subscriptions at once. Cancellation is easy and accommodating. Then they offer to refund the money if I write a 5-star review. The whole thing clearly smells of data collection and misuse.
