Do not send customers emails with shipping updates for items that have not shipped. Its been waiting to be picked up for a week now and you want me to rate the holster I have not gotten... Stop using USPS, they suck and do not deliver as advertised.

Custom built holster that works well and looks even better. It’s also very comfortable and I’m on the larger side at 6’7 355. The Holster Mill is very responsive when I asked a question during this whole process. Will be buying more holsters from them in the near future.

I ordered my holster on 2/23 with a 10-15 day lead time. A month later, it had still not shipped and I was not updated/ given the option to cancel as the website states will happen. I reach out and on 3/23 they tell me it will ship on 3/24 (email addressed to the wrong name but whatever). On 3/28 the order status switches to “shipped” and as of 4/4, USPS is still “label created, waiting to receive package” status. I have reached out to customer service and have received 0 replies. Then I receive the “Leave us a review” email and here we are. So who knows if the product is good. It’s definitely not worth the wait. No holster is. I would seek other options first. 0 stars would be a better option than 1, but they give you 1 star for existing I guess.

It was super late with delivery I waited over a month for the product and it sat with a shipping label for a week. When the product finally came I was underwhelmed with the quality. The edges of the holster where either not cleaned off and rounded properly or edges where just rushed through and left gauges and bad edges. After a month I emailed that I would like a refund they said the holster shipped out already and that they would give me a partial which I never received. Over all just very unhappy with the customer service and product.

Ordered a product on February 16th with a lead time off 15-20 days. They still haven’t shipped my product. Emailed them and a week later no response, emailed them again they told me by the end of the week…still didn’t ship. Emailed them again they told me by this Thursday…still not shipped. If you actually want to get a product shop somewhere else!

Ordered the DCP+ on February 20- at which point lead time was 7-10 days. Finally received the holster on April 4 after some obvious delays and miscommunications. The holster itself looks great!!! The cordura covering adds a level of comfort without adding any additional thickness. Innovative belt clip apparatus adds more adjustability rather than the clip being attached directly to the holster. The guys did offer a refund at a point in the process to try and make it right. Based on the cordura option alone I WOULD want to get another holster, but i am wary of delays.

Great product overall good material where used to build this holster! Definitely recommended, just note there is delay on my case longer then Supposed almost 1 month to get it but the Onwer took care of me so that’s why I’m giving 5 stars.

Nice and easy transaction. Their customer service is exceptional. I had a question & they replied to me in less than a days time. No complaints. They actually had a holster for my p80 in left handed configuration. I have already recommended them to multiple family and friends. Most of all I love supporting BoB's.

Amazing product! I was hesitant at first but gave it a try and I loved it! Great material they use. Retention is phenomenal! Will for sure be buying more for my future firearms. I would definitely recommend it.

I can be long winded. So, I’ll just sum up what my experience is with the KOTJ slim: dependability, accessibility, comfortability, and concealment. These are several things that this wonderful holster offers. If you carry strong side or concealed, DEFINITELY shop with the Mill and “Holster Up!”

Great company to work with. The staff always responded to every email promptly with accurate responses to every question that I had. The navigation on their website was extremely easy. The build process was extremely easy as well. I selected the free shipping option. My holster was in my mail back in 2 days after it was shipped from The Holster Mills warehouse. I noticed that they post videos and different holster builds on Instagram and Facebook but not YouTube anymore. I would love to see more content on YouTube since I dont use any other social media platform, however definitely not a deal breaker! I plan on purchasing more holsters from The Holster Mill in the future. Don't just admire the work they do get you one and HOLSTER UP!

Holster is super comfortable. The modularity to make precise adjustments for the perfect fit is a great feature. Already referred multiple people because I only put my people on to quality products.

Contacted The Holster Mill about the DPC in red with the Cordova that he posted in IG for my Canik Mc9 Prime w/ TLR-7 sub and he said it wouldn't be a problem, I even got the MGC to match. Shipping was fast especially given the holiday season. I am extremely happy with it and look forward to further purchases. God bless you and your business brother.

Recently bought a GTL2 and was looking around for holster compatibility. I sent The Holster Mill an email asking if they could, and would make a holster that was molded for my new light. They could have ignored me and pressed forward with business. Instead, I got a return email stating that they would create that holster and gave a solid e.t.a on when I could purchase. I'm very pleased with this purchase and I will continue to shop with them.
