I ordered a pattern from Holz Bros & had a problem with one of the letters dropping off when they sent me the print. I immediately brought it to their attention, as I scroll these for customers, Helmut & Hans worked two days and sent me a pattern as I ordered plus text me to say that they found a problem with their system. I have some other requests from my customers & they are very willing to work with me to get the product that my customer wants.
I'm sure that if they can't do it it can't be done.
Thank you Guys... This type of service is nearly non-existant nowadays.
