Christopher made my whole experience with this Company. He went above and beyond, as well as being a more than descent person to speak with, about my problem(s). Can't express how much of an asset he is to the Company, because if someone would have been unpleasant, I wouldn't even take time to write such a review. 💯

They advertised Byrna CL at $50 off at $499. Confirmed the order for the correct discounted total, then quickly cancelled. Exchanges with customer service quickly revealed they will not honor their discount

The Home Security Superstore's products are great but what I really want to highlight are the company's fantastic customer service. Whether through email or chat, they respond within a day (even on weekends often), acknowledge your concern, apologize, state how they are going to offer a solution, and then make it happen. Their shipping is also quick and they are just a general pleasure to work with. I have purchased 5 items from them. (NOTE: ADDITION) I feel obligated to add to my review based on some of the negative comments stating that The Home Security Superstore is unresponsive and unfair regarding their return policy. I can only speak to my experience but I must iterate again how quickly, professionally, and competently they reply to both chat and email messages. Chris is especially wonderful. AND they showed solid corporate responsibility and customer service when one of their devices I purchased was not the best fit for my security needs. When I informed them of this product mismatch, they immediately and without any pushback offered either a refund or a store credit without having to return the device. I took the credit and purchased an additional product. They are a solid company and please know that I am singing their praises of my own volition without them prompting me in anyway as this would be a violation of the TrustPilot.com review policy. I am taking my time to draft this because they deserve the praise as as the epitome of corporate social responsibility and customer service when so many other companies are faltering in this.

Being a small business owner myself, I have high expectations for customer service and professionalism. We did have a small mishap with the shipping company on one of my orders but Chris rectified it to my satisfaction. I also received a genuine, heartfelt apology for my initial inconvenience. That is rare in business today. I am impressed by the high integrity, professionalism and customer service this company exemplifies. I will continue to patronize Home Security Superstore and recommend them highly to all of my friends and family.

i paid for the item and the site said my card was not valid. the cash came out my card and my order wasnt processed. A scam site. Dont order

They charged me 8 dollars for shipping and I still don’t have the product 8 days later.

I've made many purchases for me and my Family Members and everything I've bought has lived up to high standards. 0 complaints. My most recent purchase was a knife and as of right now, after many uses In the field, it's still sharp and the screws haven't came loose at all. And I would also say the prices are very Reasonable, there are also many easy ways to earn discounts and codes. I was also gifted with a gift for being a Loyal Customer. The person on the line quickly understood what you were telling her. Called on tuesday evening at 5:40PM and got an appointment for Wednesday between * am and 12 PM. Techniiciian arrived at 8:50 AM with in an hour the problem was located and fixed

Don't trust this site. The products are cheap and they just triple the prices.
Then they reject your return on any grounds.
Item I bought never worked at all.

First of all, I’m writing this review to balance out all the other negative reviews. Second, the process of purchasing items, using them, and even returning something in case of a rare defect have all been very simple and easy. The items are very high quality and function as advertised. When it comes to returning a product, it is very straight forward; I did not experience any of what other people say. You choose one of 3 options: store credit, exchange for another item, or money refund to your payment method. They send you a PDF of your label once approved, you print it out, take your package to the nearest post office, and then wait! When they receive the item, they let you know and your refund of choice will be sent.
