A very professional company. Brian was brilliant. I highly recommend.

From the first viewing with Brian and then the second with Joe, it was clear that the Homes Group were heads and shoulders above the rest of the industry!

They are true professionals in their field. They have a genuine and honest approach with excellent communication. They were there to answer my questions and offer advice whenever I needed them throughout the process of buying my new home.

My only regret is finding them after I’d put my flat up for sale. I really wish I’d been able to sell through them as well as purchase. It’s safe to say they showed up the estate agents that I used to sell my property!!

A fantastic Estate Agents. Totally recommend. Such a stressful time moving house and when you have solicitors that take on too much work and leave you hanging for ages it can be overwhelming.😵‍💫🥺 But Brian made it all seem less concerning. Worked above and beyond on the sale of our house with humour, sarcasm and kindness. Thank god for emojis. They can say it all in one picture 🤣🤣🤣 if you are looking for a great Estate Agent please go to them. Thanks again for all your help 😁

The whole system of buying and selling houses can at times seem as though it's deliberately set up to cause as much stress and grief as possible - though this experience has shown us just how valuable having a team like Brian and Joe on your side really is. It wasn't all smooth sailing - it won't ever be - but the difference their particularly personal approach made to our sale and purchase (particularly when compared to our previous experience with a major high street agent) was like night and day.

At no point did we feel as though we were being left out of discussions; it felt as though they genuinely cared that everyone in the chain would get the right outcome; and when we hit a proper moment of anxiety about our purchase (we were buying a new build and found much of the process around that quite confusing) Brian went out of his way to come round in person that evening and talk us through it. That alone made such a huge difference I'm genuinely not sure we would have ended up getting to the end of this with any other agent.

We've since recommended them to our neighbour who is working with them and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to sell (or buy). We're hoping that this move will be a permanent one, but if circumstances change and we end up back looking for another home, I wouldn't pick any other agency.

As someone selling a home for the first time, I wanted someone who could guide me through the process every step of the way and I was not disappointed at all.

Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with and made things clear to me at every stage, and was always available to answer any queries that I had. When he first viewed my property I was incredibly reassured at his enthusiasm and knowledge toward the house and the area and I knew that he was the right man to market my house.

I hardly ever write reviews, but the service I received from The Homes Group was outstanding from start to finish and i have to share my experience.

I recently viewed a property and absolutely fell in love with it, but
In order to buy it I had to sell my house.

Time was against us and Joe and Brian worked tirelessly to do everything in their power to sell my house.
In less than a week they managed to get a photographer to take pictures, put my house on the market and have it under offer.

They were efficient, prompt and their work ethic was unmatched; keeping me updated every step of the way and always a step ahead to make sure everything went smoothly.

Honestly an absolute joy to do business with, I cannot sing their praises enough 10/10 service.

We found the guys at Homes Group especially Brian helpful and extremely professional. Brian was great in providing updates when required. We highly recommend them.

After 8 weeks with a big name Estate agent i gave up hope of finding my new home.
Along came Joe. From start to finish this company have been amazing.
The photographer also needs a mention her pictures were fantastic (thanks to joe for doing his tiding and organising).
Nothing was too much for Joe i knew i could contact him anytime and my questions would always have a speedy reply.
Brian also needs a Thank you(even though i only spoke with on a few occasions).

Honestly guys if it wasn't for your professional helpful and caring manner i wouldn't of moved.
Your not just another property with these guys your a real person.
If anyone is moving this is your company 100%.

We were utterly unimpressed by our local Highstreet estate agent in the first 10 days of signing up, to the point where we almost abandoned our plans to move. They were unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and just wanted us to snap up any offer so they could get paid. Enter Brian and The Homes Group.

The Homes Group were immediately impactful to our sale. Within a few days we had viewings that translated into offers and we suddenly had options. Our journey to exchange was full of unforeseen complications which Brian helped us navigate successfully.

We loved the honest, friendly, personable style. The fact we could contact them via text, email, or call at 8AM on a Monday morning, or 8PM on a Sunday evening.

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire The Homes Group.

We took a risk when putting our property up for sale with The Homes Group, they were new to the Market and didn’t have the huge following the high street agents could offer, however they were local and we wanted to put our trust in them and the risk certainly paid off. Within the first 2 weeks they secured multiple viewings and also received multiple offers. From start to finish we received a real personal service where communication was very informative to the point where I would reach out for queries unrelated to my case and the advice I received was spot on. Obviously the homes group deserve breaks but when I would contact them via email/text at any time I got a prompt response as the homes group were on hand at all time.

This was our first experience selling a property and I had heard nothing positive around the whole situation however the homes group made the whole process stress free and seamless, we really couldn’t recommend their services enough. A personal, friendly, professional and reliable service has been provided throughout our sale without any hesitation.
