No contact since initial prescription…

No contact since initial prescription in December 2024. I have provided the 6 week follow-up bloodwork. Zero contact and my initial prescription has run out. I have attempted to call, only to be told my message will be forwarded to the relevant department. No response to emails. Still being debited $100 a month.
**EDIT**
I had an appointment to speak to the doctor on 08/09/2025. Leading up to this, for a couple of months at least I had been considering cancelling my subscription for financial reasons. I booked this appointment to discuss blood test results, which was requested by The Hormone Lab, but I was also going to discuss discontinuing my therapy/cancellation. I didn't receive any calls that night for the appointment. I then emailed THL to request to cancel my subscription, as I was more or less going to anyway.

As it turns out, finding out through an email reply to my cancellation request from THL, the doctor did try to call me twice for my appointment. I had no missed calls in my call logs on my phone, so there must have been some sort of phone or network glitch on my end. No fault of either myself or THL, naturally.

That email response in question however, was quite rude if I'm being honest, I was somewhat shocked at the response. I've missed appointments like this with other businesses in the past and never had a response like this. I felt like I was being told off like a child. Here is the reponse, copy pasted (omitting the senders and doctor's name) as there is no way to add a screenshot via this edit it that I can see:

"Hi Timothy

Thank you for your email and your cancellation will be processed immediately.

You had an appointment with Dr. ******* yesterday. He tried to call you at 6.35p.m. and again
at 6.45p.m. and had no answer. We appreciate notification of a cancelled or postponed appointment, please, as Dr. ******* is very much in demand and your time could have been given to another patient.

We wish you well on your journey to better health and please don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance in the future."
**EDIT part 2**

I've received another response from them with a screenshot of the number they dialed. It had 11 digits, one extra digit in it. Australian mobile numbers have 10 (in the 04******** format)... and I've received a call from them before when I first started treatment so I know they have my details correct. This is a joke. $100 a month subscription by the way

Scam vibes

Advertising a price of 197 but try to charge 250. When I asked why I was told that’s always been the price, when I sent through screenshots of multiple advertisements showing 197 they stopped responding.

Everything was resolved

After leaving my initial review (which I have left at the end of this update) they got in contact with me, refunded the amount paid and EVEN went ahead and setup blood tests and a consultation for me. Free of charge due to the mix up. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. Emails were answered quickly, and I'm now on track to receiving healthcare.

Would recommend.

I signed up and received an appointment with a doctor. During the call I was informed that I was supposed to have had a document sent to me via email to get my blood test done BEFORE the consultation.

Doctor said they'd chase it up with the admin, so I waited a few days and heard nothing. I then sent an email in myself to check what was happening and I still havent received a reply.

This was a week ago. So I don't know what's going on there but I may need to do a chargeback on my card.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. I have felt my energy levels weren't good for a few years. I went to a Local G.P. Swan View Family Practice. And was told that my Testosterone reading of 130. Was to be expected of someone my age. Thats about 5 years ago. I wish I would have sought a second opinion straight away. It was tested again last week. Dr Patrick was horrified. And decided to treat me immediately, on the over phone consultation. I could not be happier with the service and result. Thankyou
