Brilliant support

Been with Hosting Heroes for a few years since and have no problesm - their customer support is class as is their technical erxpertise. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I Need To Praise You Like I Should

We've come a long, long way together ...

I've been with Chris Danks and Hosting Heroes since their Cyberhost days - maybe twenty years. I need a site that works all the time so, if glitches occur I need them fixed quickly. In two decades I have never, not once, wished my site was elsewhere.

Great Support

HH support has stuck with me for two weeks. Between HH myself and a client's external IT support for SMTP secured email.

Failed connection to secure systems and its been a job but HH stuck with it, this morning we have a good connection and a good email send. Great support and always returned answers withing a 15min window so i was able to then chat to the clients external IT support and between us we have resolved the problems.

Stellar support

Paul J was extremely helpful. My issues with SMTP configuration were resolved quickly. My experience with HostingHeroes ( earlier EzPzhosting) has always been very good.
