We were so lucky to have found Steph! She is reliable, friendly, and patient. Our dog is always excited to see Steph and he comes back happy from his walks. Steph sends us little videos/photos of their walks, and she has a tracker we can view, if wanted. We know Otto is in such safe and caring hands with Steph. I cannot recommend her enough.

Absolutely brilliant!! Steph is fabulous with our dog and is really accommodating when our work situation changes. She is really thoughtful both when pairing our dog with others but also cleaning her down after rolling in every muddy puddle out there!!

You simply couldn’t ask for a better dog walker than Steph and her team. Our dog absolutely loves her, she gets to go on amazing walks with carefully selected dog friends! It’s amazing value, Steph collects from our house, cleans her down afterwards and keeps us updated via pics and vids. We could not recommend enough.

Steph at Hounds of Herts is simply wonderful, I can't recommend her enough.
Our dog absolutely loves her group walks with Steph and the crew, and comes back wagging her tail incessantly - well worth the very reasonable price Steph charges.

Steph is amazing with my boy Flex, he has always been a reactive dog, Steph has managed to take him on woodlands adventure walks, we have noticed flex is not as reactive as before, I highly recommend Steph, she is truth worthy and very reliable :)

Honestly I highly recommend Steph she is one of kind, from the beginning my dog fell in love with her and I felt so comfortable with her taking my dog out for walks.

I’ve become a regular customer, including overnight now whenever I need to travel for work. They’re so accommodating, even last minute, and Percy loves spending time here.

Had some questionable experiences in the past so it’s great to find somewhere I know he’s cared for and played with so I don’t have to worry!

Steph was great with Loki, and he instantly warmed to her. He came back happy and most importantly... With less energy :)

Since returning to work after having our little one, we haven't had the time to walk our dog, Toby. Thankfully, Steph has taken the pressure off us by coming twice a day, in the morning and evening. We completely trust her in our home, and Toby, who is a cockapoo, is calm and happy, making it much easier for us to manage. xx

Steph is a natural with dogs and they all seem to love her. In fact I think my dog is more excited to see Steph than me! Very reliable and takes the time to plan different walks and activities so my Holden retriever is always excited to see where he is going. Highly recommend The Hounds of Herts! 🐾

I have an elderly pug x Shih TZu who gets rather vocal and over excited when it comes to walk times! Steph at the Hounds of Herts is so patient with him and manages to calm him down in such a way that he never does for me🤣 he literally sits at the door and waits for her!

Steph looked after my beloved cats when we went away unexpectedly. Previously they went into a cattery which really stressed them out and the cattery were unable to look after them in this occasion so I thought I’d give a sitter a try. Steph came round and met the cats so I knew they would be comfortable with her, she was very personable, attentive and caring so we were happy to go ahead. She came in to them twice a day for feeding, loves and fuss and to make sure they were safe for the evening, all for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Steph to look after your fur babies (from a very extra cat Mum) x

Steph is always on long walks, cares and loves her four leggie friends.

We used the Hounds of Herts to look after out our 2 cats while we were away for 2 weeks. Whilst we were away, we received updates images & videos. We will definitely use their service again.

Waggy tails all round when Steph turns up to collect Chase.

It has taken some time to find a good reliable dog walker. I have a 4 year old Dalmatian (Chase). As you can appreciate your dog is not only part of your family but they are "life". So when I was recommended Steph @ The Hounds of Herts, I was initially cautious as you would be. Chase however was not. Steph walks Chase every week day morning & when I tell him Steph in on her way he howls & waits at the window for her (yes I talk to my dog like a human). Steph is strict with him but fair & she ensures he continues to have good manners when he is out - what more can you ask for?

There’s no one I trust more with my dog - he is given the same attention and love he would receive at home and has so much fun that he’s completely tuckered out when he gets home. I always know he’s in safe hands and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
