The products arre wonderful even…

The products arre wonderful even though I had a difficult experience early on as the description of the orudyctvwss misleading so zi got something I did t really want. But the service is top top and the delivery always spot on !

Don't trust their policies

I bought the 12 piece dinner service (x3) and the majority of the items arrived chipped or otherwise damaged. They were not damaged in transit and instead were sent out in this state. I immediately raised my concerns and was dismissed and told to pay to return them. They should not have been sent out in that condition in the first place. They claim to have all sorts of consumer protection policies but they won't do anything when there's a problem.

Just updating to say that this company has blocked me on Facebook to try to silence me and are attempting to charge me to return their broken plates whilst simultaneously withholding some of my money. I will be £100 out of pocket by the end of this because they sent out broken pottery.

Editing again on 13/10 to confirm that they were not "small dots" in the pottery and instead were significant chips and gouges. Seller expected me to pay to return their substandard items. Under UK regs, the seller is responsible for the return costs but they refused to pay. I am now pursuing action relating to their breach.

We carefully reviewed your order and confirmed that you purchased 36 plates from our Capri collection.

After receiving them, you contacted us regarding small dots on the underside of the plates. As we explained, these minor markings are a natural result of the glazing process when the plates are removed from the kiln. They are purely cosmetic (at the back of the plate), do not affect durability or usability, and are commonly found in decal ceramics.

Nonetheless, we offered you the option to return the items for a full refund if you were unsatisfied with this explanation.

Rather than accepting this resolution, you chose to file a chargeback with your payment provider. After independently reviewing the case, they also advised you that the appropriate solution was to return the items for a refund.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this once more and thank you again for sharing your perspective.

I placed a very specific order where I chose exactly which plates and bowls I wanted in exact colors that I wanted. Instead I was sent one darker bowl than the one I selected. They did not contact me to inform me the selected bowl was out of stock in that color and let me choose if I wanted to proceed. Instead they sent a darker one without approval. Since then they have not acknowledged my request to return the item (14 day return window) and are ignoring my emails. Strongly suggest you don't buy from them.

A little piece of italy

Do not use for sending a gift

I sent a set of Amali plates as a gift (selected by Bride & groom) and made the error of assuming delivery would be secure & thus did not realise there was a problem until the bride contacted me to say it hadn’t been received thus I informed the seller of a problem at 32days rather than within the expected 28day window. The parcel was clearly lost during delivery but as courier is FedEx no photo to confirm delivery is provided & no insurance. The seller considers the issue is with FedEx & me (for the delay in informing them of the loss) and takes no responsibility for the loss. No discount/voucher offered for the necessary repurchase of the gift (I asked and they have declined)- so all the financial loss carried by the buyer whilst they make a profit twice!

The order in question was reported missing after a significant delay—well over a month after delivery was completed. Unfortunately, this extended timeframe makes it challenging to address such issues effectively. To ensure we can help promptly, we encourage customers to report any missing parcels within days or weeks, rather than months.

Our logistics partner, FedEx, does have measures in place for parcel issues, but without timely notification, it limits the options for resolution, including insurance or compensation. While we understand the frustration, the delay in reporting prevents us from taking further action.

We always strive to provide the best service and recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible should any issue arise with an order.
